Ուրեմն, Հայաստանի բարեկամ, Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի անդամ Լարս Պատրիկ Բերգը (ECR, Գերմանիա) նախաձեռնել է Բրյուսելում կազմակերպել Հայաստանին նվիրված կլոր սեղան-քննարկում, որին մասնակցելու և ելույթով հանդես գալու հրավեր է ուղարկվել նաև ինձ՝ որպես ՀՀ ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ և Արման Եղոյանին՝ որպես Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հանձնաժողովի նախագահ:
 
ԱԺ աշխատակազմը չգիտես ինչու այս հարցով դիմել է ԱԳՆ-ին, ինչին ի պատասխան ԱԳՆ-ից գրություն են ուղարկել, որ ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ՝ «Լարս Պատրիկ Բերգը մինչ 2021թ. անդամակցել է ծայրահեղական համարվող «Այլընտրանք Գերմանիայի համար» կուսակցությանը և համապատասխանաբար Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում համանման համբավ ունեցող «Ինքնություն և ժողովրդավարություն» խմբակցությանը, իսկ ներկայումս անդամակցելով «Եվրոպական պահպանողականների և բարեփոխիչների» խմբակցությանը չի հանդիսանում վերջինումս առանցքային դերակատար։ Նշյալ ծայրահեղական հայացքներ ունեցող ԵԽ պատգամավորի հետ շփումները կարող են բացասաբար ազդել Հայաստան - Եվրոպական միություն խորհրդարանական համագործակցության վրա»։ ԱԳՆ նամակը կցվում է:
Այս տրամաբանությամբ արտաքին քաղաքականություն վարելն ուղղակի թյուրիմացություն է: Այլ կերպ, քան ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից եվրոպական արժեհամակարգի հանդեպ անարգանք, եվրոպական ինստիտուտների մասին մինիմալ գիտելիքների բացակայություն և դիլետանտիզմ սա անվանել դժվար է:
 
ԲԱՅՑ ԱՄԵՆԱՀԵՏԱՔՐՔԻՐԸ՝ դրանից ընդամենը մոտ 2 ամիս առաջ՝մարտի 23-ին, ԱԳՆ-ն ևս մեկ նամակ է ուղարկել ԱԺ, որտեղ մանրամասն ներկայացրել է Լարս Պատրիկ Բերգի հայամետ գործունեությունը Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում, մանրամասներ հաղորդել Գերմանիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Վիկտոր Ենգիբարյանի և Եվրոպական միությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Աննա Աղաջանյանի հետ նրա հանդիպումներից և տեղեկացրել պատրաստվող կլոր սեղան-քննարկման մասին: Կրկնեմ՝ ՆՈՒՅՆ ԱԳՆ-ն:
