Երևանի բնակիչ Վյաչեսլավ Լուկինին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-329-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգը:
ՀՀ քաղաքացի Վյաչեսլավ Գենադիի Լուկինը, նպատակադրվելով ապօրինի հատել ՀՀ պահպանող պետական սահմանը և մուտք գործել Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության տարածք, 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ին Երևան քաղաքից ավտոբուսով մեկնել է ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաք, այնուհետև, ուղևորվելով հայ-թուրքական պետական սահման, ժամը 21:40-ի սահմաններում, հաղթահարելով ՀՀ պահպանվող պետական սահմանի ինժեներատեխնիկական արգելանքները, փորձել է ապօրինի հատել ՀՀ պահպանող պետական սահմանը, սակայն հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով, քանի որ հայտնաբերվել է սահմանապահ ծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի, Շահումյան համայնքի վարչական տարածքում:
