Կոնվերս Բանկի պարտատոմսեր կարելի է ձեռք բերել նաև Մոբայլ հավելվածում

Կոնվերս Բանկի պարտատոմսերն այսուհետ հասանելի են նաև Բանկի Մոբայլ հավելվածում: Այստեղ՝ հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում օգտատերը կարող է անցնել պարտատոմսերի գնման ողջ գործընթացը՝ արժեթղթերի հաշվի բացումից մինչև պայմանագիր: Հասանելի է նաև ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը թողարկման մասին:
Պարտատոմսեր ձեռքբերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է Հավելվածի գլխավոր էջից մուտք գործել հայտերի բաժին՝ սեղմելով + նշանը, այնուհետև մուտք գործել «Կատարել ներդրում » էջ և հետևել հրահանգներին:
Նշենք, որ ներկայում Կոնվերս Բանկը տեղաբաշխում է 2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ եւ 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր: Պարտատոմսերի արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը համապատասխանաբար 10% և 4% է, արժեկտրոնի վճարման պարբերականությունը՝ կիսամյակային:

Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը կցուցակվեն «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ-ում՝ երկրորդային շուկայում շրջանառվելու համար: Պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները երաշխավորված են Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի կողմից: Պարտատոմսերից ստացված եկամուտները ազատված են հարկից և ոչ ռեզիդենտի շահութահարկից։
