Կլինեն ոչ պակաս «տպավորիչ» բացահայտումներ. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մոտ 20 օր առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ՀՀ ՊՎԾ-ն վերահսկողական գործողություններ է իրականացնում հինգ տասնյակից ավելի վերահսկվող օբյեկտներում: Հղում տալով մեր աղբյուրներին՝ նշել էինք, որ սպասվում են լուրջ բացահայտումներ՝ չբացառելով նաև աղմկոտ ձերբակալությունները: Եվ ահա, ըստ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության հաղորդագրության, Երևանի «Շտապբուժօգնություն» ՓԲ ընկերությունում կատարված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել են մի շարք դեպքեր, երբ պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում ստացվել են ֆինանսավորումներ ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից այլ տնտեսվարողների հետ կնքված և արդեն իսկ վճարված ծառայությունների կանչի թերթիկների դիմաց: Այդպիսով, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից պահանջվել և ստացվել են լրացուցիչ չհիմնավորված ֆինանսական միջոցներ ընդհանուր՝ 23 267 750 ՀՀ դրամի չափով: Հաջորդ բացահայտումը վերաբերում է «Արմենիա միջազգային օդանավակայաններ» ՓԲԸ-ին :
Այստեղ VIP սրահի ուղևորների բարձրակարգ սպասարկման դիմաց քաղաքացիներից 55000-ից 75000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով գանձվող գումարներից 5000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը մուտքագրվել է դրամարկղ՝ առանց վերջիններիս գիտության նրանց ձևակերպելով որպես դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող ուղևորների ազգականներ կամ պաշտոնական պատվիրակության անդամներ, իսկ անօրինական ճանապարհով ստացված խոշոր չափերի մնացած գումարները բաշխվել են ընկերության աշխատակիցների միջև: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս օրինակները, ինչպես ասում են, «միայն ծաղիկներն են»: Առաջիկայում կլինեն այլ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքներ, որոնք ևս ոչ պակաս «տպավորիչ» կլինեն:
Մեր տեղեկություններով, մի շարք փաստերով հաղորդումներ արդեն փոխանցվել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն: Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ուշագրավ բացահայտումներ կան թե՛ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում, թե՛ տեղական ինքնակառավարման այլ մարմիններում:
