«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքում ակտիվ խմորումներ են ընթանում։ Ընդդիմությունը տարբեր ակցիաների միջոցով շարունակում է փողոցային պայքարը, որի նպատակը իշխանափոխության հասնելն է։ Որքան Փաշինյանից դժգոհություններն աճում են, այնքան խորանում են իշխանությունների վախերն ու անհանգստությունները: Դրա վառ վկայություններից մեկն այն է, որ ամբողջ Երևանն այս օրերին լցված է ոստիկաններով։ Ավելին, օրինակ՝ կառավարության շենքի, կառավարական ամառանոցի մոտ նույնիսկ այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ երթ կամ ակցիա չկա, դարձյալ ոստիկանության հարյուրավոր ներկայացուցիչներ են, այդ թվում՝ կարմիր և սև բերետավորներ: Իսկ այն տարածքներում, որտեղ ճանապարհ փակելու հավանականություն կա, հսկայական քանակի «բերետավորներ» են հայտնվում։ Երբեմն նույնիսկ հարց է առաջանում, թե «խաղաղ» ժամանակ ինչո՞վ են զբաղված այդ ոստիկանները, արդյո՞ք պարզապես աշխատավարձ ստացող չեն պետբյուջեից, ինչ է թե ընդդիմության ակցիաների ժամանակ մարդկանց ծեծեն:

Միևնույն ժամանակ Փաշինյանը կրկին անցել է իր նախընտրած գործելաոճին՝ գործի դնելով իրավապահ համակարգի մահակը։ Եվ բոլոր այն ընդդիմադիրները, որոնք փոքրիշատե ակտիվություն են ցուցաբերում, բերման ենթարկելու, խուզարկելու և ձերբակալելու միջոցով կիրառվում է իրավապահների գործիքակազմը։ Ընդ որում, ինչպես եղել է 2018 թվականից հետո գրեթե բոլոր դեպքերում, մեծամասամբ, հնարովի, սարքովի գործեր են: Դե, իսկ բերման ենթարկելու ժամանակ հատուկ ցուցադրականություն է ապահովվում։ Սա էլ է Փաշինյանի սիրելի «մասերից» մեկը՝ բերման ենթարկվող անձի նկատմամբ կոշտ գործողություններ կիրառել, թևերը ոլորել, հարվածելով մեքենան խցկել, գցել հատակին և այլն։ Մի խոսքով՝ փռել ասֆալտին... Տպավորություն է, թե այդ գործողությունները հատուկ նկարահանում են, հետո ուղարկում Փաշինյանին, որպեսզի վերջինս դրանք տեսնելով՝ իրեն գոհ ու բավարարված զգա, կամ՝ ինչպես ինքն էր հայտնի իրադարձությունների ժամանակ ասում, հոգին փառավորվի:

Փաստորեն, բացի փոքրաթիվ «թիմակիցներից» ու մի քանի «թոռնիկներից» (տառասխալ չկա), Փաշինյանի հիմնական, եթե չասենք միակ հենարանը իրավապահ համակարգն է մնացել։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է վերոնշյալ «թիմակիցներին», որոնք ծվարել են իշխանության տաքուկ պաշտոններում, դրանք ընդամենը դեկորացիայի կամ «ուսապարկերի» գործառույթ են կատարում։ Ու որ պահին Փաշինյանի աթոռը վերջնականապես երերա, նրանք կա՛մ կանհետանան քաղաքական դաշտից, կա՛մ էլ մի գիշերում ճամբարափոխ կլինեն։ Ուստի, քանի դեռ Փաշինյանն օգտվում է սուպերվարչապետական լծակներից, պետական համակարգի, առաջին հերթին իրավապահ համակարգի ռեսուրսները ծառայեցնելու է իր աթոռը պահելու նպատակով։ Իսկ հաշվի առնելով, որ առաջիկայում պետության համար շրջադարձային գործընթացներ կարող են տեղի ունենալ, ապա Փաշինյանը կարող է անցնել իր ամենաբաղձալի գործին՝ տոտալ տեռորի կիրառմանը։

Ուստի, հասարակական սեկտորը և քաղաքական ուժերը նաև միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը պետք է հրավիրեն նրա վրա, որ Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության նշույլ անգամ չի մնացել, իսկ իրավապահ համակարգը դարձել է բռնաճնշումների գործիք։ Թեպետ, մյուս կողմից՝ հազիվ թե նույն միջազգային հանրությունը, հատկապես Արևմուտքը, այս ամենը չեն նկատում: Իսկ թե ինչի հետ է կապված նրանց լռությունը, այն դեպքում, երբ նախկինում այսօր կատարվողի նույնիսկ 10 տոկոսի դեպքում համաշխարհային աղմուկ կբարձրացնեին, այլ հարց է...
