Ապօրինություններով զբաղվող ոստիկանության պահանջներն ինչպե՞ս կարող ենք այսուհետ օրինական համարվել: Այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում այսօր Երևանում, կոչվում է ոստիկանական беспредел:
 
Պարոնայք ոստիկաններ, եթե ավտոերթի խաղաղ ակցիան օրինական չէր, ինչո՞ւ հենց առաջին օրը բերման չենթարկեցիք վարորդներին: Ինչո՞ւ էիք չորս-հինգ օր շարունակ, միևնույն օրինական ակցիաները հանգիստ ուղեկցում (ձեր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում), իսկ այսօր հակարծ որոշեցիք բիրտ ուժ կիրառել վարորդների նկատմամաբ: Վստահ եմ, որ դուք էլ լավ գիտեք, որ երթը օրինական էր, իսկ ձեր գործողությունները՝ լրիվությամբ ապօրինի:
 
Բացատրությունը մեկն է պարոնայք ոստիկաններ. ձեր քաղաքական ղեկավարը ծայրաստիճան վախեցած է ու ձեր ծառայությունն է չարաշահում: Ձեր անիմաստ գործողություներով իզուր մի բարկացրեք ժողովրդին, մի թշնամացեք ինքներդ ձեր խղճի հետ: Մի քանի ժամով, անիմաստ մի խանգարեք ազգային արժանապատվության, պետության ապագայի համար փողոց դուրս եկած մարդկանց արդար գործը: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, վախեցրեցի՞ք նրանց, թե՞ դրանով ինչ-որ հարց եք լուծում: Ոչ մի հարց էլ չեք լուծում, բացի ձեր խղճուկ քաղաքական ղեկավարին և Ալիևին կարճ ժամանակաով գոհացնելը:

Վերջերս միջին օղակի սպայակազմում ծառայող, մի ոստիկան (անունը հասկանալի կերպով չեմ տալիս), ում շատ հարգանքով եմ վերաբերվում, պատմեց հետևյալը:
 
Խաղաղ երթ անող և ընթացս փողոց փակող ակցիայի մասնակիցներին բերման ենթարկելուց հետո, այդ ոստիկանը շատ լուրջ զրույց է ունեցել տանը՝ իր երեխաների հետ: Ոչ մի կերպ չի կարողացել բացատրել իր երեխաներին, թե ինչո՞ւ են խոչընդոտել ակցիայի մասնակիցներին, ովքեր պահանջում են չհանձնել իրենց երկիրը թշնամուն, ովքեր պահանջում են, որ Արցախը չլինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Երբ իր ավագ որդին հարցրել է, վստա՞հ է, որ Նիկոլը չի հանձելու Արցախն ամբողջությամբ, ոստիկանը կարկամել է:
Տվյալ իրավիճակում՝ “տուն պահելու կամ կուրորեն հրաման կատարելու” մասին արդարացումները, նույնիսկ տանեցիների աչքերի մեջ ընդունելի չէ:
