Հայաստանում բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալները կոնկրետ թիրախավորված մարդիկ են. Վիգեն Հակոբյան
INTERVIEWՄայիսի 14-ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բավարարեց հանրային քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու նախաքննական մարմնի միջնորդությունը, և վերջինս կալանավորվեց երկու ամսով:
Քաղտեխոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանի բնորոշմամբ՝ սա Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ քաղաքական հետապնում է.
«Ես անձամբ ճանաչում եմ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին, նա բարձր դասի մտավորական է, ինտելեկտուալ և միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող իր գործի մասնագետ։ Կարծում եմ՝ դա պարզ դարձավ նաև, երբ հասարակական բոլոր ադեկվատ շերտերը հանդես եկան նախաձեռնությամբ՝ ի պաշտպանություն Ավետիք Չալաբյանի։ Այն մեղադրանքը, որ առաջադրում են Ավետիք Չալաբյանին, բացի ծիծաղից որևէ բան չի առաջացնում, որովհետև բոլոր այն մարդիկ, ովքեր գիտեն Չալաբյանին, գիտեն նաև նրա շատ զուսպ լինելը՝ առավել ևս ֆինանսական հարցերում:
Ակնհայտ է, որ այս ձերբակալությունը և հետո կալանավորումը քաղաքական հիմքեր ունեն և անմիջականորեն կապված են նրա քաղաքական դիրքորոշումների, ակտիվության և գործունեության հետ։ Ի վերջո, Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, լինելով «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրներից մեկը , որը արդեն երկար տարիներ զբաղվում է նաև Հայաստանի պաշտպանության ոլորտում ծառայություններ մատուցելով, բավականին լուրջ ավանդ ունի շատ հարցերում»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հակոբյանը։
Հարցին, թե Չալաբյանի կալանավորումը կոնկրետ անձի դեմ թիրախավորու՞մ է, թե նա ուղղակի քավության նոխազ է դարձել, և նրա փոխարեն կարող էր մեկ ուրիշը լինել, Հակոբյանը պատասխանեց.
«Չալաբյանը բավականին լուրջ թիրախավորված ֆիգուր է, քանի որ կայացած ինտելեկտուալ է, քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ։ Այնպես որ չեմ կարծում, որ նա ինչ-որ պրոցեսի քավության նոխազ է: Եվ Հայաստանում բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալները կոնկրետ ընտրված մարդիկ են և նրանցից որևէ մեկը պատահական չէ։ Յուրաքանչյուրը իր ոլորտում, այդ թվում՝ նաև քաղաքական ասպարեզում կարևոր նշանակություն և դերակատարում ունեցող անձ է՝ ինչպես Ավետիք Չալաբյանը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ա․ Չալաբյանը կասկածվում է ընդդիմության հավաքներին և գործողություններին մասնակցելու համար Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահին նյութապես շահագրգռելու մեջ:
Մայիսի 9-ին համացանցում տարածվեց ձայնագրություն, որտեղ քննարկվում էր ընդդիմության հավաքներին մասնակցելու համար ուսանողներին 2.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար տրամադրելը՝ յուրաքանչյուր ուսանողի համար 1000 դրամ հաշվարկով։ Մայիսի 12-ին խուզարկվեց Չալաբյանի բնակարանը։ Խուզարկության ընթացքում լրատվամիջոցներին տված հարցազրույցում Չալաբյանը հայտնեց, որ իր տանը ոչինչ չի հայտնաբերվել, սակայն ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները նրանից պահանջում են իրենց ուղեկցությամբ ներկայանալ ոստիկանության բաժին՝ առանց ներկայացնելու վերջինիս կարգավիճակը և մեղադրանքը:
