Հայաստանը «դրսում» ընկալվում է որպես ոչ ժողովրդավարական երկիր
POLITICSՀայաստանյան ներքաղաքական գործընթացները ակտիվ փուլ են թևակոխել։ Մի կողմից` ընդդիմությունը հանրահավաքային պայքար է նախաձեռնել, իսկ մյուս կողմից էլ` հանրության շրջանում աստիճանաբար խորանում է անվստահությունն իշխանությունների նկատմամբ։
Եվ այս պարագայում իշխանությունների տեսադաշտում են հայտնվում և թիրախավորվում այնպիսի գործիչներ, որոնք մեծ հեղինակություն են վայելում և իրենց գործունեության արդյունքում որոշակի վտանգ կարող են ներկայացնել իշխող ռեժիմի համար։
Ուստի պատահական չէ, որ յուրահատուկ քաղաքական ճնշումների և ձերբակալություների շարք է սկսվել։ Եվ այս գործընթացի շրջանակներում օրերս էլ կարված գործով ձերբակալվեց, ապա և դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորվեց «Արար» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը:
Եվ իրավաբանական համայնքի բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ ու քաղաքական գործիչներ վստահ են, որ վերջինիս անազատության մեջ պահելը միայն քաղաքական նպատակներ է հետապնդում։ Ու սա զարմանալի չէ արդեն. բազմիցս ենք ականատես եղել, թե ինչպես են ժամանակի ընթացքում իշխանությունների կողմից սարքված գործերն մեկը մյուսի հետևից կարճվում ու չեն հասնում իրենց վերջնակետին։
Կոնկրետ այս գործին ևս նույն ճակատագիրն է սպասում։ Ուղղակի մինչ այդ իշխանությունները փորձելու են հաջողացնել տևական ժամանակ քաղաքական խմորումներից մեկուսացնել իրենց համար անցանկալի գործչին։
Բայց հարցի մյուս կողմն էլ այն է, որ Չալաբյանին ազատությունից զրկելու իշխանության որոշումը զայրույթ է առաջ բերել ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև արտասահմանյան մի շարք խոշոր կառույցների ու կազմակերպությունների շրջանում։
Եվ արդեն իսկ մամուլում հրապարակումներ կան այն մասին, որ մի շարք երկրներից տարբեր կազմակերպություններ արդեն իսկ իրենց անհանգստությունն են հայտնել Չալաբյանի կալանավորման կապակցությամբ։ Թերևս այս հարցում նշանակություն ունեն նաև վերջինիս լայն միջազգային կապերը։
Ստացվում է, որ այս ու նման գործերի օրինակով Հայաստանը դրսում ընկալվում է որպես բացարձակ ոչ ժողովրդավարական, ավելին՝ բռնապետական երկիր, որտեղ ընդդիմադիր հայտնի գործիչների նկատմամբ իրավապահների գործիքակազմով քաղաքական ճնշումները դարձել են օրինաչափություն։
