Հուլիսի 1-ից կենսաթոշակը կարող է ավելանալ մինչև 5000 դրամ, եթե
VIDEOԿառավարությունն այսօրվա՝ մայիսի 19-ի նիստին, հաստատեց անկանխիկ եղանակով վճարումներից կենսաթոշակառուներին հետվճար տրամադրելու պետություն-մասնավոր սոցիալական փոխգործակցության միջոցառումը։ Դա նշանակում է, որ հուլիսի 1-ից անկանխիկ գնումների, կոմունալ վճարումների 10 տոկոսը կվերադառնա կենսաթոշակառուներին։
Թոշակառուի բանկային քարտի վրա ամսական 5000 դրամ հետ կնստի իր անկանխիկ գնումներից։ Ավելի ուշ քարտով նպաստ ստացող 1000 շահառու նույնպես կներառվի հետվճարի ցուցակում։ Ծրագիրը կգործի մինչև այս տարվա դեկտեմբերի վերջ։
Միջոցառման իրականացումը կմեծացնի անկանխիկ գործարքների ծավալը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, որն էլ կառաջացնի տնտեսական դրական էֆեկտներ, բացի դրանից, Միջոցառման իրականացումը կբարձրացնի սպառողների կողմից ֆինանսական ժամանակակից գործիքների և տեխնոլոգիաների վերաբերյալ գիտելիքներն ու կմեծացնի դրանց կիրառելիության տարածվածությունը։
«Անկանխիկ եղանակով վճարումներից կենսաթոշակառուներին հետվճար տրամադրելու պետություն-մասնավոր սոցիալական փոխգործակցության միջոցառումը հաստատելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշման նախագծով սահմանվում է Միջոցառման մասնակիցների շրջանակը, մասնակցության ձևաչափը, շահառուներին վճարման ենթակա հետվճարի ընդհանուր և յուրաքանչյուր մասնակցի կողմից տրամադրվող առանձին չափերը։
