Իգոր Խաչատուրովը կալանավորվել է՝ ոստիկանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու մեղադրանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում շարունակվում է 2022 թվականի մայիսի 17-ին Կիևյան փողոցում քաղաքական ընդդիմության նախաձեռնած անհնազանդության ակցիայի մասնակիցների կողմից իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակցի օրինական պահանջին չենթարկվելու և նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր ոստիկանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրած անձանցից մեկի ինքնությունը, ով քաղաքացի Իգոր Յուրիի Խաչատուրովն է:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Ի.Խաչատուրովին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:
Հավելենք, որ քննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ստացվել նաև, որ ոստիկանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրած քաղաքացի Իգոր Խաչատուրովը հիշյալ միջադեպի ժամանակ առերևույթ գտնվել է թմրամիջոց օգտագործած վիճակում: Վերոհիշյալ հանգամանքը պարզելու նպատակով վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը որոշում է կայացրել տոքսիկոքիմիական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասին, սակայն Իգոր Խաչատուրովը հրաժարվել է փորձանմուշներ տալուց:
Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն կատարելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
