2022 թվականի մայիսի 20-ին ՀՀ մեծարգո վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի 547-Ա որոշմամբ նշանակվել եմ Թալին համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Տավրոս Սափեյանը, ով մինչ այդ ընտրվել էր Թալին խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար, սակայն 3 ամիս ավագանու նիստեր չհրավիրվելու հետեւանքով ավագանին ցրվել էր:
Նա,նաեւ նշել է. «Իմ պաշտոնավարման ժամանկահատվածում ղեկավարելու եմ Թալին համայնքը մեծ նվիրումով և անաչառությամբ։ Համարելով համայնքն իմ մեծ ընտանիքը՝ ամեն հնարավորինը անելու եմ վերջինիս բարօրության և շենացման համար։
Կարևորելով համայնքներում գործող աշխատակազմերի աշխատանքը` հավաստիացնում եմ, որ մեծագույնս կգնահատվի յուրաքանչյուրի աշխատանքային նվիրումը իր գործին և իր համայնքին։
Հարգելի համերկրացիներ, այս ժամանակահատվածը հնարավորություն է բոլորիս համար, որպեսզի լավագույնս ներդնենք՝ ի շահ մեր համայնքի զարգացման։
Հանգամանքների բերումով այս վեց ամիսների բացթողումը կշտկենք հետևողական և գործնական աշխատանքով»:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին անցկացված ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» ստացել էր 46,6 տոկոս ձայն, սակայն ընտրություններին մասնակցած մյուս երեք ուժերը՝ «Զարթոնքը», «Հայքը» եւ «Մեր համայնքը» կոալիցիա էին կազմել։
Տավրոս Սափեյանը 11 կողմ ձայներով ընտրվել էր համայնքապետ, սակայն ընդդիմադիր մյուս 3 ուժերը կոալիցիա էին կազմել եւ բոյկոտել ավագանու նիստերը: Դրա հետեւանքով ավագանին 3 ամսից ավելի նիստեր չէր գումարել, որի հիմքով էլ ավագանին ցրվել է:
