POLITICSՄայիսի 14-ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բավարարեց հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու նախաքննական մարմնի միջնորդությունը, և վերջինս կալանավորվեց երկու ամսով:
Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանի խոսքով` սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ քաղհասարակության վաղեմի ներկայացուցիչները քաղհասարակության նկատմամբ հետապնդումներ են իրականացնում.
«Ճանաչելով Ավետիք Չալաբյանին և իր գործունեությունը` անընդունելի եմ համարում նման շինծու հոդվածով այդ մարդուն ձերբակալելը։ Այն, որ հպարտանում էին ժողովրդավարության բարձր ցուցանիշով, այսօր ցույց են տալիս, որ ժողովրդավարությունը մեր երկրում այսօր ավելի վատ վիճակում է, քան երկուհազարական թվականներին, երբ որ քաղհասարակության նկատմամբ կար բավականին խիստ մոտեցում և բռնության դեպքեր։ Այսօր նույն բանը ավելի ընդգծված, օրենքի կոպիտ խախտումներով իրականացվում է այս մարդկանց հանդեպ», -1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հովսեփյանը։
Վերջինիս խոսքով` Չալաբյանի դեպքում նաև անձի թիրախավորում կա.
«Ավետիք Չալաբյանին ճանաչում եմ վաղուց ՝ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի գործունեությամբ. բավականին պարկեշտ անձնավորություն է՝ հավասարակշռված խոսքով, և միշտ կանգնած է պետության և պետականության կողքին։ Իր համար էական չէ՝ ով է իշխանության, եթե կա երկրում կարիք, ինքը աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում։
Այս պահին էլ, երբ ինքը կալանքի տակ է, «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամը առաջնագծում բավականին լուրջ գործունեությամբ է զբաղվում։ Անհասկանալի և անհամատեղելի են այն մոտեցումները, որոնք որ կապվում են այդ անձի հետ: Բնականաբար տեսնելով, որ Իգոր Խաչատուրովին էլ են ձերբակալել, արդեն հասկանալի է, որ այն մարդիկ ովքեր որոշակի հեղինակություն են, փորձում են պարզապես լռեցնել»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ա․ Չալաբյանը կասկածվում է ընդդիմության հավաքներին և գործողություններին մասնակցելու համար Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահին նյութապես շահագրգռելու մեջ:
