Կետ առ կետ բացատրեմ, թե ինչի մասին են պայմանավորվել Փաշինյանը և Ալիևը

Թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ «Կետ առ կետ բացատրեմ, թե ինչի մասին են գիշերը Բրյուսելում փաստացի պայմանավորվել Փաշինյանը և Ալիևը։
▪️ Հայաստանը վերջնականապես հրաժարվում է պայքարել Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս Արցախի կարգավիճակի համար։ Բանակցություններում չկա Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին ոչ մի խոսք, բացառապես խոսվում է «Ղարաբաղի շրջանում էթնիկ հայ բնակչության իրավունքների ու անվտանգության» մասին, ինչը լավագույն դեպքում ենթադրելու է հայերի՝ ազգային փոքրամասնության կարգավիճակով Ադրբեջանի կազմում ապրել, իսկ իրականում՝ Արցախի լիարժեք հայաթափում։
▪️ Ավելին, այլևս նույնիսկ չի կիրառվում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ» (Nagorno Karabakh) եզրը, որի հիմքում ընկած էր ԼՂ ինքնավար մարզի գաղափարը։ Բրյուսելյան հայտարարության մեջ նշված է պարզապես «Ղարաբաղի շրջան», որն արդեն հենվում է Ադրբեջանի վարչատարածքային բաժանման գաղափարի վրա և որևէ առանձին կարգավիճակ չի ենթադրում։
▪️ Պատրաստվում է «Խաղաղության պայմանագիր» Ադրբեջանի հետ, որի առանցքային դրույթը Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչումն է՝ Արցախը ներառյալ։ Այս պատճառով էլ միայն այս պայմանագրի համատեքստում է նշվում Արցախի հայության «իրավունքների ու անվտանգության ապահովման» մասին, քանի որ այլ կարգավիճակ Արցախը չի ունենալու։
▪️ Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ կողմերը համաձայնել են «Ադրբեջանի տարածքով Հայաստանի տարբեր մասերի միջև տարանցման սկզբունքներին»։ Այս լղոզված ձևակերպումը փաստացի նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանին է հանձնելու ՀՀ Տավուշի ու Արարատի մարզերում այսպես կոչված «անկլավները», որոնց միջով անցնում է Արարատի մարզը Վայոց Ձորին ու Սյունիքին կապով (Տիգրանաշենի հատվածը) և Տավուշի հյուսիսն ու հարավն իրար կապող մեր հիմնական ճանապարհները, որոնք նաև մեր մայրուղիներն դեպի Իրան և Վրաստան։ Այսինքն տարածքը հանձնվելու է Ադրբեջանին, որից հետո մենք հատուկ թույլտվությամբ ու վերահսկողության ներքո անցնելու ենք մարզից մարզ։ Տեղին է հիշել նույն ճակատագրին արժանացած Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը։
Այս կետերի իրականացման դեմ է անհրաժեշտ պայքարել, հետո նոր զբաղվել քաղաքականությամբ։ Արցախի վերջնական թուրքացումն ու նոր տարածքային զիջումները կասեցնելու մի ճանապարհ կա. դուրս գալ պայքարի ներկայիս կապիտուլիանտական իշխանության դեմ, ձևավորել ազգային համաձայնության կառավարություն և միասնական մոբիլիզացիայով լծվել գործի։
Այսօր փողոցում տարբեր ուժեր, անհատներ կան։ Եթե չեք գտնում նրան, ում կվստահեք, ինքներդ կազմակերպեք ձեր ուժը, դուրս եկեք փողոց, միացե՛ք շարժմանը ու այդ ժամանակ կկարողանանք հաջողել»,-գրել է նա։
