INTERVIEWԵրեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին: Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը նույնպես հրապարակել է սահմանագծման հարցերով իրենց հանձնաժողովի կազմը, որի նախագահն Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևն է:
Մուստաֆաևի՝ այդ դերում նշանակվելը մեծ արձագանք գտավ հանրության շրջանում, քանի որ, ինչպես հայտնի է, Շահին (Շահեն) Մուստաֆաևը ծնվել է Նոյեմբերյանի շրջանի Ջուջևան գյուղում, ոսկե մեդալով ավարտել Նոյեմբերյանի թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցը:
Շահինի հայրը՝ Աբդուլլա Մուստաֆաևը, Ջուջևան էր տեղափոխվել Ադրբեջանի գյուղերից մեկից և զբաղվում էր անասնապահությամբ: Գյուղացիները պատմում են, որ Մուստաֆաևի մայրը՝ Մահիզար Մուստաֆաևան, հայ հարևանների հետ առանձնապես շփում չի ունեցել, որ ազգայնական գիծը նրա մեջ ամենավառն է արտահայտված եղել: Մուստաֆաևը երեք քույր ունի՝ Ռանան, Գյուլնարան և Լալազարը: Պատմում են, որ դպրոցում թելադրության ժամանակ վերջինս դիտավորյալ Հայաստան անունը փոքրատառով է գրել՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ դասընկերներից մեկն էլ Թուրքիան է փոքրատառով գրել:
Սահմանամերձ Ջուջևան գյուղի բնակիչ Գարիկ Հարությունյանը Շահին Մուստաֆաևի համադասարանցին է: Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ այն ժամանակ՝ խորհրդային տարիներին, Մուստաֆաևն ընդգծված վատ վերաբերմունք չուներ Հայաստանի ու հայերի նկատմամբ.
«Ժողովուրդների բարեկամություն էր, բոլորս կարծես ուրիշ աշխարհում էինք: Հնարավոր է՝ հիմա նա այլ կերպ է մտածում, չեմ կարող ասել: Մենք մանկուց իրար հետ ենք եղել դպրոցում, հետո ուսանողական տարիներին: Մեր դասարանում մեծամասնությունը լավ սովորողներ էին, Մուստաֆաևը դպրոցը ոսկե մեդալով ավարտեց, բոլոր բնագավառներից էլ գաղափար ուներ: Այստեղ ապրելու տարիներին էլ իրենք միշտ կապ են ունեցել Ադրբեջանի հետ, ասում էին՝ նույնիսկ իրենց տանն ադրբեջաներեն են խոսում:
