Ո՞վ է պատասխան տալու Հայաստանում ռուսների ձախողման համար
POLITICSՌուսաստանում բավականին լուրջ հաշվեհարդարներ են սկսվել, որոնք ընթանում են Ուկրաինայում գործողությունների ոչ հարթ ընթացքով, և շատ դեպքերում մեղադրվում են այն կառույցները, որոնք պետք է ինֆորմացիա տային, նախապատրաստեին, ինչպես, օրինակ, հատուկ ծառայությունները, ԱԳՆ-ն, դիվանագիտական ծառայությունները և այլն: Ամեն ինչ այնքան լուրջ է, որ շատ դեմքեր նույնիսկ տնային կալանքի տակ են:
Past.am-ի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ` այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայաստանի և Արցախի շուրջ էլ ընթանում են գործընթացներ, որոնք Եվրամիության սցենարով են և կարծես թե այնքան էլ Ռուսաստանի սրտով չեն, և Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն էլ արդեն ակնհայտ թեքվում է դեպի Արևմուտք, լուրջ «ռազբորկաներ» են գնում նաև հայկական ուղղությամբ: Դրանց հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ վերջին տարիներին Ռուսաստանը պարբերաբար հաշվետվություններ է ստացել, որ այստեղ ամեն ինչ վերահսկողության տակ է, Փաշինյանն այնքան թույլ ու անկարող է, որ նրա արևմտամետ հայացքները ոչ մի նշանակություն չունեն:
Ամենամեծ դժգոհությունը ԱԳՆ-ի մասով է, քանի որ ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը միշտ վստահեցերել է իր ղեկավարությանը, իսկ նրանք՝ ուղղակիորեն Պուտինին, որ Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ, այդ թվում` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր վերահսկողության տակ է: Հիմա, ըստ էության, ՌԴ-ն փաստի առաջ է կանգնել, որովհետև Փաշինյանը դուրս է եկել վերահսկողությունից:
Հարցը բավականին լուրջ է դրված` ո՞վ է պատասխան տալու Հայաստանում ռուսների ձախողման համար՝ թե՛ փափուկ ուժի տեսանկյունից, թե՛ դիվանագիտության, թե՛ Մոսկվա գնացող օպերատիվ ինֆորմացիայի՝ աղճատված լինելու:
Հենց դեսպանի նկատմամբ այս ճնշումներով է պայմանավորված վերջին շրջանում նրա ակտիվությունը՝ մասնավորապես հանդիպումը ՄԻՊ-ի հետ, ժողովրդավարության մասին հայտարարությունները, ինչպես նաև վերջերս կատարած այցը Սյունիք, որը, ի դեպ, առաջինն էր նրա կողմից:
