Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից մայիսի 27-ին հնչեցված հայտարարությունները ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում են ադրբեջանական կողմի ապակառուցողականության, պայմանավորվածությունների կամայական` իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող մեկնաբանությունների, ագրեսիվ և ռազմատենչ քաղաքականությունը շարունակելու մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնում ես ՀՀ ԱԳՆ–ից։
Հարևան պետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ նկրտումները, այդ նպատակներին հասնելու համար ուժի կիրառման դիրքերից հանդես գալը ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան արհամարհանք միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի նկատմամբ, և լրջագույն կասկածի տակ են դնում Ադրբեջանի՝ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հասնելու մտադրությունների անկեղծությունը։
ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հարկ է համարում վերահաստատել հայկական կողմի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումն առ այն, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցությունները պիտի տեղի ունենան երկու կողմերի առաջարկների հիման վրա, որոնք պետք է հասցեագրեն խնդիրների ողջ օրակարգը, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի վերջնական կարգավորումը։
Ադրբեջանական կողմի շահարկումներով փորձ է արվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը ներկայացնել որպես տարածքային վեճ, մինչդեռ այն արցախահայության իրավունքների իրացման և էթնիկ զտումների վտանգի բացառման մասին է։
Այս կապակցությամբ հիշեցնում ենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության՝ 1995 թվականին ստացած միջազգային մանդատը՝ աջակցելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համապարփակ կարգավորմանը, շարունակում է գոյություն ունենալ:
Կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը ռազմատենչ և առավելապաշտական հռետորաբանությամբ չտորպեդահարել առկա ձևաչափերում ընթացող քննարկումները։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունն ենք հրավիրում պաշտոնական Բաքվից հնչող հայտարարություններին և ակնկալում միջազգային գործընկերների միանշանակ վերաբերմունքի արտահայտումը, ինչի պարագայում միայն հնարավոր կլինի հասնել կայունության և խաղաղության Հարավային Կովկասում։
