Այսօր՝ մայիսի 28-ին, Սպորտի վաստակավոր վարպետ, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու, Ըմբշամարտի համաշխարհային ֆեդերացիայի բյուրոյի անդամ և մարզիկների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արսեն Ջուլֆալակյանը Ստեփանակերտում հանդիպել է արցախցի ըմբիշների հետ:  

 «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ՝ հանդիպման ընթացում Արսեն Ջուլֆալակյանն անդրադարձել է իր անցած ուղուն, խոսել պարապմունքների, մրցույթների, ծանրաբեռնվածության մասին, կիսվել խորհուրդներով և պատասխանել մարզիկների հնչեցրած հարցերին:
 
Նա նշել է, որ նմանատիպ հանդիպումները նպատակ ունեն ավելի մոտիկից ճանաչելու Արցախի մարզիկներին և ամեն կերպ ոգևորելու ու օգնելու նրանց:
 
«Սեպտեմբերին` խոստացածս մարզական հրապարակը կառուցելուց հետո, վստահեցրել էի, որ ծրագիրը շարունակական բնույթ է կրելու, և այսօր` այս խորհրդանշական օրը՝ Անկախության տոնին, եկել եմ գործս ավարտին հասցնելու: Երկու մարզական հրապարակ է բացվելու՝ առաջինը Մարտունիում, երկրորդը՝ Կարմիր Շուկայում: Երկու հրապարակներն էլ պատրաստ են։ Վաղը կկայանա Մարտունու մարզահրապարակի բացումը: Յուրաքանչյուր հրապարակում ինը մարզական սարք է տեղադրված, որոնք հասանելի են բոլորի համար»,-մանրամասնել է Ա. Ջուլֆալակյանը և ընդգծել, որ յուրաքանչյուր հայ պետք է գիտակցի, որ իր ուսերին մեծ պատասխանատվություն է դրված:
