Պուտինը վավերացրել է Հարավային Օսիայի հետ երկքաղաքացիության մասին համաձայնագիրը

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն օրենք է ստորագրել, որը վավերացնում է Հարավային Օսիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ երկքաղաքացիության մասին համաձայնագիրը։ Այս համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում է, որ մի երկրի բնակիչները կկարողանան մեկ այլ երկրի քաղաքացիություն ստանալ՝ չհրաժարվելով գոյություն ունեցողից։
Պարզեցված կարգով ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար կկարողանան դիմել Հարավային Օսիայի գործունակ բնակիչները 18 տարեկանից։ Մինչեւ 14 տարեկան երեխաները կստանան նույն քաղաքացիությունը, ինչ նրանց ծնողները: Հարավային Օսիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է 2021թ. Այն ուժի մեջ կմտնի վավերացման փաստաթղթերի փոխանակման օրվանից։ Համաձայնագիրը նախատեսված է հինգ տարով եւ ավտոմատ կերկարաձգվի նույն ժամկետով։ Այն դադարեցնելու համար կողմերից մեկը պետք է գրավոր ծանուցի պայմանագրի ժամկետի ավարտից վեց ամիս առաջ:
Մարտի 30-ին Հարավային Օսիայի նախագահ Անատոլի Բիբիլովը հայտարարել էր Ռուսաստանին միանալու մտադրության մասին։ Նա հանդես էր գալիս Հյուսիսային Օսիայի հետ մեկ տարածաշրջանի մեջ միավորման օգտին: Ապրիլին Հարավային Օսիայում նախագահական ընտրություններ տեղի ունեցան, որոնցում հաղթեց Ալան Գագլոեւը՝ հավաքելով ձայների 56.09 տոկոսը։ Նա ասում էր, որ Ռուսաստանին միանալու հանրաքվեն պետք է հետաձգվի։ Պարոն Բիբիլովը որոշել է քվեարկությունն անցկացնել հուլիսի 17-ին։ Կրեմլում հայտնել են, որ հանրաքվեի անցկացման համար դեռ աշխատանքներ կան, գրում է «Կոմերսանտ»-ը։
