«Բորժոմի»-ի 2 գործարանի մոտ 800 աշխատակից անժամկետ գործադուլ է հայտարարել

«Բորժոմի» հանքային ջրերի շշալցման ընկերության մոտ 800 աշխատակից անժամկետ գործադուլ է հայտարարել Վրաստանի երկու գործարաններում՝ պահանջելով բարելավել աշխատանքային պայմանները և բարձրացնել աշխատավարձը, հայտնում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:

Երկու գործարանների բոլոր աշխատակիցները՝ մոտ 800 հոգի, գործադուլ են հայտարարել՝ սպասելով ընկերության տնօրինության պատասխանին, նրանց պահանջները նույնն են։

Ավելի վաղ «Վրաստանի արհմիությունների ասոցիացիան» հայտնել էր, որ մայիսի 31-ից կսկսվի «Բորժոմի» ընկերության աշխատակիցների անժամկետ գործադուլ։ Նրանք պահանջում են 50 ապօրինի, իրենց կարծիքով՝ աշխատանքից ազատված գործընկերների վերադարձը նախկին աշխատանքին, վերադարձ նախկին աշխատանքային պայմաններին, աշխատավարձի 25%-ով բարձրացում, ինչպես նաև կոլեկտիվ պայմանագրի կնքում։

Ապրիլի 29-ից «Բորժոմի»-ն դադարեցրել է արտադրությունը Վրաստանի երկու գործարաններում՝ Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակի պատճառով առաջացած ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով։ Ռուսական Alfa Group-ին պատկանում է IDS Borjomi-ի 60%-ը: Խմբի հիմնադիր Միխայիլ Ֆրիդմանը գտնվում է Արևմուտքի պատժամիջոցների տակ, IDS Borjomi-ի 40%-ը պատկանում է փոքրամասնության բաժնետերերին։ Մայիսի 19-ին IDS Borjomi International-ը հայտարարեց, որ պատրաստ է Վրաստանի կառավարությանը անվճար փոխանցել IDS Borjomi Georgia-ի բաժնետոմսերի վերահսկիչ փաթեթը։ Բաժնետոմսերի փոխանցման շուրջ բանակցությունները դեռ շարունակվում են։
