Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի իմ շատ սիրելի՛ փոքրիկներ,
սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ամենալուսավոր ու պայծառ այս տոնի՝ Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ:

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ բոլոր երեխաները սիրո ու ջերմության աղբյուր են և նրանց համար խաղաղ, ապահով ու բարեկեցիկ մանկություն ապահովելը մեր բոլորի առաջնային պարտավորությունն է: Հայ ընտանիքներում ընդունված է երեխաների համար ոչինչ չխնայել, նրանց շրջապատել հոգատարությամբ ու սիրով և մեր փոքրիկ քաղաքացիների հանդեպ նույն վերաբերմունքը պետք է լինի նաև ամբողջ հասարկության կողմից:

Բազմիցս եմ ասել, որ երեխաները մեր կյանքի իմաստն ու մեզ ապրեցնող ուժն են և այսօր, առավել քան երբևէ, մենք պարտավոր ենք նրանց ժառանգել ինքնիշխան, անկախ, զարգացող, անվտանգ ու ամուր սահմաններով հայրենիք:

Տոնական այս օրը ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ գլուխ խոնարհել բոլոր այն լուսավոր տղաների հիշատակի առաջ, ովքեր իրենց կյանքը զոհեցին հանուն հայրենիքի պաշտպանության:
Հավերժ փա՛ռք ու հիշատա՛կ: Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի սրբազան պարտքն է նահատակված մեր հերոսների բալիկների կողքին լինել, ամենօրյա հոգածություն ու ուշադրություն նվիրել նրանց:
Սիրելի՛ փոքրիկներ, ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով այս հիասքանչ տոնի առթիվ՝ բոլորիդ մաղթում եմ լուսավոր մանկություն, պայծառ ու բարեկեցիկ ապագա մեր անվտանգ ու բարգավաճող հայրենիքում:
