Շառլ Միշելը ողջունել է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային հանձնաժողովների միջև առաջին պատմական հանդիպումը

Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև վերջին օրերի լարվածության համատեքստում վերահաստատում է Եվրամիության հանձնառությունը՝ խորացնելու համագործակցությունը երկու երկրների հետ՝ հանուն անվտանգ, կայուն, խաղաղ ու բարեկեցիկ Հարավային Կովկասի՝ ի շահ տարածաշրջանի բոլոր ժողովուրդների: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին ասվում է Շառլ Միշելի խոսնակ Բարենդ Լեյցի հայտարարության մեջ:
«Նա ողջունել է մայիսի 24-ին երկու երկրների սահմանային հանձնաժողովների առաջին պատմական հանդիպումը և դելիմիտացիայի իրականացման համատեքստում ընդգծել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պետական սահմանի երկայնքով կայունության ու անվտանգության ապահովման բացառիկ կարևորությունը»,- նշել է Միշելի խոսնակը:
ԵԽ նախագահը շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կայուն կարգավորման համար կարևոր է լուծել բոլոր չկարգավորված խնդիրները, այդ թվում և ապագա խաղաղության համաձայնագրի շուրջ քննարկումների առաջխաղացումը և հակամարտության արմատական պատճառների վերացումը:
«Նախագահ Միշելի կարծիքով՝ բոլոր առանցքային հարցերը, որոնք հանգեցրին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի առաջին պատերազմին, ինչպես նաև 2020 թվականին վերսկսված ռազմական գործողություններին, պետք է կարգավորվեն բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի կողմից՝ ստեղծելով պայմաններ հանուն տևական ու արդար խաղաղության:
Ինչպես հակամարտության ցանկացած ժառանգության պարագայում, տերմինաբանությունն այս համատեքստում հատկապես զգայուն է: Մայիսի 22-ին առաջնորդների միջև կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ նախագահ Միշելի հայտարարությունը չպետք է մեկնաբանվի որպես քննարկումների նախապես կանխորոշված արդյունքի հաստատում: Ի վերջո ամենակարևորն այն է, որ բոլոր հարցերին անդրադարձ է արվում համապարփակ կերպով՝ ներառելով բնակչության բոլոր խմբերի իրավունքներն ու անվտանգությունը»,- նշել է Միշելի խոսնակը:
Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ մայիսի 22-ին Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպմանը հատուկ անդրադարձ է կատարվել տարածաշրջանի ապաշրջափակման հարցին: «Այս համատեքստում երկու կողմերը հաստատել են, որ չկան էքստրատարածքային հավակնություններ՝ կապված ապագա տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների հետ: Հակառակի մասին շահարկումները ցավալի են:
Ի վերջո, նախագահ Միշելը ընդգծել է ժողովուրդներին խաղաղության նախապատրաստելու անհրաժեշտությունն ու այս առումով հանրային հռետորաբանության կարևոր դերը: Նա ողջունել է Երևանի ու Բաքվի ղեկավարներին և հայտնել բանակցությունների շարունակման նպատակով բարենպաստ մթնոլորտի ապահովման գործում բարեխղճորեն ներգրավվելու մտադրության մասին՝ հայտնելով ԵՄ պատրաստակամությունը՝ ուժեղացնելու իր աջակցությունը վստահության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված միջոցների ձեռնարկման գործում»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
