Հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում եմ ներկայացրել դատախազին. Թագուհի Թովմասյան

Կառավարության 3-րդ մասնաշենքի մուտքի մոտ հավաքված քաղաքացիների, պատգամավորների, ինչպես նաև անչափահասների նկատմամբ անկնհայտ անհամաչափ ֆիզիկական ուժի գործադրման դեպքերը արձանագրել և տեսանյութերի և լուսանկարների տեսքով որպես հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ներկայացրել եմ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը:
Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Գրության մեջ մասնավորապես նշել եմ, որ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները հարվածել են ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանին, Գեղամ Մանուկյանին, Արամ Վարդևանյանին, Աղվան Վարդանյանին, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանին, Աշոտ Սիմոնյանին, ինչպես նաև խաղաղ ակցիային մասնակցող բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների, ինչի արդյունքում ունենք տուժած քաղաքացիներ:
Կառավարության 3-րդ մասնաշենքի մոտից ոստիկանության ծառայողները, բռնի ուժ գործադրելով, բերման են ենթարկել 16 և 17 տարեկան անչափահասների։ Վերջիններս նշել են նաև, որ ոստիկանական մեքենայի մեջ իրենց հասցեին անձնական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցվել:
Բացի այս, նշված մասնաշենքի դիմաց ոստիկանության և ցուցարարների միջև տեղի ունեցած գործողությունների ժամանակ ոստիկանները բիրտ ուժ են կիրառել «Իրավունք»-ի լրագրող Հրանտ Սաֆարյանի նկատմամբ, որով խոչընդոտվել է լրագրողի մասնագիտական աշխատանքը: Ծեծել, այնուհետև փորձել են բերման ենթարկել նաև YerkirMedia.am կայքի խմբագիր՝ Վահե Սարգսյանին: Լրագրողի մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը անթույլատրելի է և հակաօրինական, ինչին արդեն բազմիցս անդրադարձել և դատապարտել են մի շարք միջազգային կառույցներ:
Եւս մեկ անգամ կարևոր եմ համարում նշել, որ ոստիկանության գործունեությունը հիմնվում է օրինականության, անձի իրավունքների և ազատությունների, պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը հարգելու, մարդասիրության ու հրապարակայնության սկզբունքների վրա: Ոստիկանությունն իր իրավունքներն իրականացնելիս պարտավոր է առաջնորդվել մարդու և քաղաքացու` ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության անհրաժեշտությամբ, մինչդեռ նախորդ օրերի և վերոնշյալ բոլոր դեպքերը վկայում են հակառակի մասին:
Գլխավոր դատախազից պահանջել եմ ձեռնարկել օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր միջոցառումները՝ նկարագրված արարքների կատարման հանգամանքները բացահայտելու և իրավական գնահատական տալու համար:
