Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները շարունակելու են միջազգային ճանաչմանն ուղղված իրենց ջանքերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ԼՂՀ պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը:
«Մենք շարունակելու ենք ջանքեր գործադրել Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման ուղղությամբ: Արցախի անկախության միջազգային ճանաչումից հետո հնարավոր կլինի դիտարկել նաև հանրապետության՝ Հայաստանի կազմ մտնելու հարցը»,- հայտարարել է Բելգարյանը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանն այս պահին «իրեն ուժեղ է զգում», բացի այդ՝ այդ երկիրը ռազմաքաղաքական աջակցություն է ստանում Թուրքիայից, այդ պատճառով Արցախի իշխանություններն ուղիներ են փնտրելու, որպեսզի «աստիճանաբար, քայլ առ քայլ լուծեն իրենց խնդիրները, իսկ հետագայում արդեն՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ ուղիղ բանակցությունների միջոցով»: Բեգլարյանի խոսքով՝ դրա համար Ադրբեջանը պետք է պատրաստ լինի խաղաղության:
Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները Երևանի հետ բանակցություններ են տանում Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ: «Հայաստանի հետ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախության ճանաչման հարցի շուրջ բանակցություններ են տարվում, շփումներ են իրականացվում, սակայն ներկայում տվյալ հարցում առաջընթաց չկա»,- ասել է Բեգլարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ կարելի է պնդել, որ Հայաստանը փաստացի ճանաչել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, քանի որ հանրապետությունների մեջ գործում են հորիզոնական կապեր՝ «ինչպես նմանը նմանի հետ»:
