Կառավարական առանձնատների մոտ իրավիճակը շարունակում է ծայրահեղ լարված մնալ։ Ոստիկանները սկսեցին ուժ կիրառել այն բանից հետո, երբ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը հայտարարեց , որ ոստիկանները պիտի պատը քանդեն, որպեսզի Պռոշյանով բարձրանան ԱԺ, քանի որ նրան լուրեր էին հասել, թե ՔՊ-ականները այնտեղ են, ավելին՝ հայտարարել են, որ չեն փախել, իրենք փախնող չեն։ Ցուցարարների ուղղությամբ ձայնային նռնակներ կիրառվեցին։

Ծխարձակող նռնակներից հետո բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, նրանց թվում կան նաեւ ոստիկաններ։ Պռոշյանում կարելի է նկատել բազմաթիվ կոշիկներ, շապիկներ, որոնք քաշքշուկի արդյունքում հայտնել են գետնին։ Չնայած այս ամենին, ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է բիրտ ուժի կիրառմամբ մարդկանց բերման ենթարկել։
