Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ ևս մեկ անգամ համոզվեցի, որ անվտանգ, խաղաղ ու արժանապատիվ Հայրենիքի համար պայքարող մարդկանց` ոչ մի ոստիկան, ոչ մի բիրտ ուժ, ոչ մի հատուկ միջոց չի վախեցնելու ու հետ չի պահելու:
 
Երեկ համոզվեցի, որ 44 օրյա պատերազմի բովով անցած այդ մարդկանց մեջ պատասխանատվությունն է խոսում: Նույնիսկ մահակներով հանիրավի հարվածող ոստիկանների նկատմամբ տղաները ոխ չպահեցին, որովհետև հասկանում են, որ ոստիկանների ուղեղներն էլ են լվացել:
 
Երեկ տեսա նաև, թե ինչպես են մի խումբ հայ ոստիկաններ, օղակի մեջ հայտնված կանանց ու աղջիկներին հրմշտելով սեղմում պարեկների մեքենաներին: Եվ միայն մի խումբ տղաների դիմադրության արդյունքում` տարիքով կանանց ու աղջիկների այդ խումբը կարողացավ դուրս գալ բիրտ ուժի օղակից: Վերջիններիս տեսա նաև լաց լինելիս:
 
Երեկ այդ ոստիկաններից մեկի հարվածից (մթության մեջ դեմքը չհիշեցի, բայց դա էական չէ) վնասվեց նաև իմ ողերը, սակայն դա չի ազդելու իմ բաժին պայքարի վրա: Դա ընդամենը դավաճան-կապիտուլյանտից ստացած հերթական վնասն է (ամենափոքրը) որին ևս կդիմանամ: Կյանքը պայքար է, և այն շարունակվում է:
 
Երեկ ես տեսա ոստիկանի համազգեստով, դավադիր կապիտուլյանտի համար ճանապարհ բացող չգիտեմ ում, և նրանց կողքին հազարավոր արժանապատիվ հայորդիների: Երեկ ես համոզվեցի, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը իրական տերեր ունի և երբեք չի հայտնվելու թուրքի ազդեցության տակ:
 
Ցավոք երեկ տեսա նաև գինու փառատոնում, Հայրենիքի կործանումից առաջ գինի խմող, Սարյան փողոցում բազմած կամ անիմաստ զվռնող մեկ այլ հայության: Այդ մարդկանցից շատերի հայացքներում դատարկությունն էր բոցկլտում, որոշների աչքերի մեջ էլ դոլարի նշան էր «նկարած»... Հիշեցի Ալեքսանդր Պուշկինի` «Խրախճանք ժանտախտի ժամանակ» վիպակը: Չզարմացա, որովհետև հայության այդ տեսակը, նույն գործի վրա էր նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմի օրերին: Վստահ եմ, որ դրանք ՔՊ-են` իրենց ընտրողներով, այսինքն զրո պատասխանատվություն Հայրենիքի առջև, և անսահման կարևորություն սեփական անձին ու գրպանին:
 
Այդ մարդկանց համար խորթ են օրինակ` հայրենիք, ազգ, պետություն, լեզու, մշակույթ հասկացությունները: Նրանք նույն կերպ կապրեն նաև Ստամբուլում, կամ Ուգանդայի սևամորթների, նույնիսկ ավստրալական կենգուրուների հետ: Ի՞նչ տարբերություն, թե որտե՞ղ և ի՞նչ են «վայելում», եթե կյանքի նպատակը տաքուկ անկյունն ու մի փոր հացն է...
Ի վերջո, կապիտուլյանտը գնալու է, բայց նրանից մնացած արնահոսող վերքն ու տխուր հուշերը` դեռ երկար են մնալու:
