Քիչ առաջ հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ ԳԱԱ-ն: Հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիան իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնում վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության շուրջ ծավալվող իրադարձությունների առնչությամբ։ Լինելով ապաքաղաքական կառույց, որի կանոնադրական խնդիրը գիտության զարգացումն է, ակադեմիան, սակայն, չի կարող անհաղորդ մնալ մեր պետության և ազգի համար գոյաբանական քաղաքական մարտահրավերներին։ Այդպիսի մարտահրավեր է այսօր արցախահայության հնարավոր հայրենազրկման և ցեղասպանության վտանգը, որը կարմիր գիծ է մարդկության համար։

Հազարամյակների հայոց քաղաքակրթության մաս կազմող Արցախը մեր հայրենիքի անբաժան մասն է, արցախահայությունը մեր ազգի ամենաերկար պետականություն պահպանած հատվածն է, մեր արևելյան պատվարը։ Սակայն սկսած առնվազն 20-րդ դարի սկզբից՝ կովկասյան թաթարները,  թուրքական շրջանակների աջակցությամբ, այնուհետև նրանց ադրբեջանցի հետնորդները գործադրում էին բոլոր ջանքերը՝ վերացնելու հայկական որևէ հետք Արցախում։ Այդ ամենն ուղեկցվում էր մարդկության դեմ իրագործվող հանցանքներով։

Այդ քաղաքականությունը շարունակվեց նաև Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո և առանձնահատուկ թափ ստացավ 2020թ. 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքում ձևավորված նոր իրողությունների պայմաններում՝ փաստացի վերածվելով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պաշտոնական գաղափարախոսության մի անքակտելի բաղադրիչի։ Այսօր մենք ականատես ենք այս արատավոր քաղաքականության այնպիսի բացահայտ դրսևորումների, ինչպիսիք են հայտարարագրված ծրագրերն իսպառ վերացնելու հայկական պատմամշակութային հետքն իր վերահսկողության տակ անցած նոր տարածքներում, հայատյացության սփռումը բոլոր հնարավոր միջազգային հարթակներում, պատմության զեղծարարությունը, արհամարհանքը միջազգային իրավունքի հանդեպ, մասնավորապես, ռազմագերիների հետ վարվելակերպի մասին Ժնևի կոնվենցիայի ոտնահարումը և այլն։

Ադրբեջան պետության կազմում հայտնվելու պարագայում Արցախին սպասվում է արագ հայաթափում, արցախահայությանը՝ հայրենազրկում, ցեղասպանություն։ Արցախը ոչ մի կարգավիճակով չի կարող մասը կազմել մի պետության, որն իր քաղաքացիներին արդեն մի քանի սերունդ դաստիարակում է մոլի հայատյացության մթնոլորտում։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման երաշխավորն է։ Մենք չենք կարող հրաժարվել այդ հիմնարար սկզբունքից։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, Արցախի Հանրապետությունը այսօր կանգնած են լուրջ մարտահրավերների առջև։ Հարկավոր է համախմբել մեր ողջ ներուժը՝ դիմագրավելու այդ մարտահրավերներին, լուծումներ գտնելու առաջ եկած խնդիրներին։ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիան  պատրաստ է ՀՀ պետական իշխանության մարմիններին տրամադրել մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն, կարող է դառնալ այն հարթակներից մեկը, որտեղ կարող են քննարկվել համահայկական նշանակություն ունեցող հիմնահարցերը, լուծումներ և այլընտրանքային տարբերակներ առաջարկվել համահայկական օրակարգի ձևավորման համար:
