Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը, պատասխանելով Anadolu-ի հարցերին, նշել է, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին աջակցելու մասին։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանը դրական է արձագանքել հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու նպատակով Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների նշանակմանը և նրանց մասնակցությամբ 3 հանդիպում անցկացնելուն։

Բայրամովն այս ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերն անվանել է Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանին ուղարկված «դրական ուղերձների օրինակ» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։

Միաժամանակ, Արցախյան Երկրորդ պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը, ըստ Բայրամովի, «մի կողմ է դրել անցյալի վերքերը» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)՝ հայտարարելով «խաղաղության» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) և Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման պատրաստակամության մասին։

«Հայաստանը մեկ տարի անտեսել է Ադրբեջանի «խաղաղության կոչերը» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։ Չնայած դրան, Բաքուն այս տարվա սկզբին հրապարակել է այն սկզբունքները, որոնց վրա կարելի է հիմնել ապագա խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը»,- ասել է Բայրամովը։

Նրա խոսքով, պաշտոնական Բաքվի «խաղաղության օրակարգը» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) դրական արձագանք է ստացել միջազգային հանրության կողմից, այդ թվում՝ Եվրամիության մակարդակով։ ԵՄ-ի նախաձեռնությամբ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարները վերջին երկու ամիսների ընթացքում երկու դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպում են անցկացրել, հիշեցրել է Բայրամովը՝ նշելով, որ բանակցությունների օրակարգում, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, ներառված է նաև տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակումը, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների միջև սահմանազատումը և սահմանագծումը։

Բայրամովն այնուհետև ասել է, որ Հայաստանից սկսել են որոշակի դրական ազդակներ գալ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցում:

«Այս ազդանշանները մենք ընդունում ենք որպես դրական քայլեր։ Այս ուղղությամբ շարժման շարունակականությունը բխում է ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի, այլև ողջ տարածաշրջանի շահերից։ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն ամենից շատ անհրաժեշտ է հենց Հայաստանին... պաշտոնական Երևանը պետք է ճիշտ գնահատի իրավիճակը և անի ճիշտ եզրահանգումներ»,- ասել է Բայրամովը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) բացման բանակցություններին, Բայրամովը նշել է, որ այս հարցում դեռ կոնկրետ արդյունքներ չկան։ Հայաստանը տարբեր պատրվակներով ձգձգում է այս գործընթացը, հայտարարել է ադրբեջանցի նախարարը։

«Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը բացահայտ հայտարարում են. «Մենք Երևանի հետ խնդիրներ չունենք։ Մեր երկրները հանդես են գալիս Հայաստանի հետ նորմալ «բարիդրացիական» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) հարաբերությունների օգտին։ Եթե Երևանը համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկի, հարգի միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը և հաշվի առնի տարածաշրջանի իրողությունները, լավ արդյունքները հնարավոր կդառնան»,- ասել է նա։
