Փառուխում ռուսները անցակետ են դրել և չեն թույլատրում մտնել գյուղ, իսկ Քարագլխում ադրբեջանական դրոշներ են․ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է ներխուժումից երեք ամիս անց Արցախի այդ հատվածում

Շուրջ երեք ամիս է անցել, ինչ Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությամբ ադրբեջանական զինուժը նոր դիրքեր էր գրավել Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղի ուղղությամբ՝ զբաղեցնելով նաև կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող Քարագլուխ բարձունքի մի մասը։
Թեև պաշտոնական հայտարարություններում նշվում էր, որ ռուսական կողմը իր պատասխանատվության գոտուց պետք է ապահովի ադրբեջանցիների դուրսբերումը, տեղացիների փոխանցմամբ՝ Փառուխում և Քարագլխում որևէ փոփոխություն չկա։
Ադրբեջանական բանակը շարունակում է դիրքավորված մնալ Փառուխից մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա, գյուղում ռուսներ են, իսկ հայերը չեն կարողանում վերադառնալ հարազատ գյուղ։ Tert.am-ը զրուցել է Փառուխի նախկին գյուղապետ Արտյուշա Միքայելյանի հետ՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչ իրավիճակ է ներկա պահի Փառուխում։
«Ռուսները Փառուխի մոտ անցակետ են տեղադրել, ոչ ոքի թույլ չեն տալիս մտնել գյուղ։ Վերջերս անգամ գյուղապետն է փորձել մտնել, չեն թույլատրել։ Իրավիճակը Փառուխում որևէ փոփոխություն չի կրել, գյուղում շարունակում են մնալ ռուսական զորքերը, իսկ գյուղից մոտ 200 մ քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա ադրբեջանցիները։
Փառուխի բնակիչները, որոնք ադրբեջանցիների առաջխաղացումից հետո լքել էին գյուղը, այլևս չեն կարողացել վերադառնալ գյուղ, իրենց իրերը, տունը, անասունները, ամեն ինչ մնացել է գյուղում, թե ադրբեջանցիները տարել են դրանք, ինչ են արել, արդեն տեղյակ չեմ։ Հիմա ամեն մեկը մի գյուղում է տեղավորվել, մի մասն էլ Ստեփանակերտում վարձով է ապրում։ Ես էլ իմ ընտանիքով այժմ Ստեփանակերտում վարձով եմ ապրում»,- ասաց Միքայելյանը։
Ինչ վերաբերվում է Քարագլուխ բարձունքին, նախկին գյուղապետը նշեց․ «Քարագլխում ադրբեջանական դրոշներ են հիմա տեղադրված, իմ աչքով եմ տեսել, ասում են բարձունքի վրա ռուս զինվորականներ էլ կան, բայց ես ադրբեջանական դրոշներ եմ տեսել այնտեղ, ամեն ինչ այնպես է, ինչպես ամիսներ առաջ էր, նոր բան չկա»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 24-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերն Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղի ուղղությամբ խախտել են շփման գիծը և առաջ եկել գյուղի ուղղությամբ՝ զբաղեցնելով նաև կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող Քարագլուխ բարձունքի մի մասը։ Ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ բանակցություններ էին սկսվել՝ ելման դիրքեր վերադառնալու վերաբերյալ, սակայն ամիսներ անց ադրբեջանցիները շարունակում են մնալ Փառուխից մի քանի մետր հեռավոության վրա։
