Երևանում 44–ամյա տղամարդ է սպանվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ 44-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի վերաբերյալ ահազանգը ստացվել է 2022թ. հունիսի 9-ին՝ ժամը 01:15-ին, «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից, և տեղեկացվել, որ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի՝ 44-ամյա բնակիչ՝ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերքով, իսկ ժամեր անց՝ 04:50-ին, հաղորդվել է, որ բուժօգնության տեղափոխված տղամարդը մահացել է:
Փաստի առթիվ հարուցել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են տղամարդու՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրը, շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Արարատի մարզի Արարատ քաղաքի՝ 1966թ. ծնված բնակիչ է:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեպքի օրը՝ ժամը 00:30-ին, Երևան քաղաքի Բագրատունյաց փողոցում գումարային հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել տուժողի և Արարատ քաղաքի բնակչի միջև, որի ժամանակ վերջինս, ապօրինաբար մեկ ուրիշին կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, դանակով հարվածել է 44-ամյա տղամարդու կրծքավանդակին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, հարցաքննվել են ականատես վկաներ, նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը, ինչպես նաև Արարատ քաղաքի բնակչին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին ներկայացնելու, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:
