ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Իսրայելում միջին աշխատավարձը կազմում է 3300 ԱՄՆ դոլար, Հայաստանում՝ 520 ԱՄՆ դոլար (2018թ. համեմատ աճել է 40 դոլարով): Հայաստանում միջին կենսաթոշակը կազմում է 100 դոլար (2018թ. համեմատ աճել է 8 դոլարով), Իսրայելում՝ 810 դոլար է:
Իսրայելը համարվում է աշխարհի ամենաթանկ երկրներից մեկը: Փորձենք համեմատել մեկ անձի կտրվածքով նվազագույն սոցիալական պահանջարկով նախատեսվող ապրանքների գները հայաստանյան գների հետ:
 
1 հատ ձուն Իսրայելում արժե 150 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 80 դրամ (2018թ. 70 դրամ էր), 1 կգ տավարի միսն արժե 6500 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 3400 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 2200 դրամ), 400 գրամանոց 1 հացն արժե 500 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 260 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 180 դրամ), 1կգ շաքարավազն արժե 560 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 370 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 250 դրամ), 1 կգ բրինձը արժե 1050 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 800 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 550 դրամ), 1 կգ պանիրն արժե 5500 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 2800 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 1700 դրամ), 1 կգ կարտոֆիլն արժե 500 դրամ, Հայաստանում ՝450 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 250 դրամ), 1 կգ խնձորն արժե 1100 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 600 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 400 դրամ), 1լ բենզինն արժե 770 դրամ, Հայաստանում՝ 520 դրամ (2018թ. արժեր 450 դրամ) և այլն:
 
Միջին հաշվով, Իսրայելի պետությունում առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների գները գրեթե երկու անգամ ավելի թանկ են հայկական շուկայի գներից: Մեկ անձի հաշվարկով, առանց կոմունալ և այլ վճարների, Իսրայելում միայն նվազագույն անհրաժեշտ սնունդի ապահովման համար ամսեկան պահանջվում է մոտ 815 ԱՄՆ դոլար (ըստ մասնագիտական հաշվարկների):
 
Համեմատելով հայաստանյան գները, ակնհայտ է, որ մեր երկրում, մեկ հոգու համար, միայն սնունդի ամսեկան պահանջված նվազագույն ծախսը կազմում է շուրջ 400 ԱՄՆ դոլար (170.000 դրամ): Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ սնունդից բացի գոյություն ունեն նաև այլ անհրաժեշտ կոմունալ ծախսեր (որոնք կրկին թանկացել են ու թանկանալու են) ապա ակնհայտ է, որ մեկ անձի համար, միայն սնունդի վրա ծախսվում է միջինում 200 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Կրկնում եմ՝ միայն նվազագույն անհրաժեշտ սնունդ ապահովելու համար:
 
Միայն սնվելու համար թոշակառուին չի բավարարում մոտ 100 դոլար, այսինքն՝ իր թոշակի կեսը: Իսկ եթե համարենք, որ չորս հոգանոց միջին վիճակագրական ընտանիքում, որտեղ աշխատում են երկու չափահաս անձիք և վաստակում են միջինում 1050 ԱՄՆ դոլար (4 անձի համար սնունդ, կոմունալ ծախսեր, հագուստ, տրանսպորտ, հարկեր+տուրքեր, ուսման վճարներ և այլն), ապա Հայաստանի սոցիալական պատկերը, առկա խայտառակ գնաճի ֆոնի վրա դառնում է ծայրահեղ տխուր:
 
Եթե հաշվենք, որ ապիկար ու դավադիր իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության ֆոնի վրա մենք կորցրել ենք երիտասարդ աշխատուժի զգալի մասը, տնտեսական նշանակություն ունեցող տարածքները, օտարերկրյա ներդրումների բացակայությունը, պատերազմական ռիսկերը, ներքին քաղաքական ճգնաժամը, պետական պարտքի աննախադեպ ավելացումը, պետության սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ավելացում (հաշմանդամության նպաստներ) և այլ հանգամանքներ, ապա կարող ենք ասել, որ Հայաստանին բացի անվտանգային սպառնալիքներից, սպառնում է նաև սոցիալական ճգնաժամը:
 
Որքանո՞վ է բիզնեսը կարողանալու սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել՝ մեծ հարց է:
