Հայաստանը միայնակ է մարտահրավերների առջև․ քաղբանտարկյալներին ազատելու հրամայականը

Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք իրական և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության հասնել, մենք պետք է վերանվաճենք դրա իրավունքը, վերանվաճենք հարգանքը մեր նկատմամբ, թշնամին նորից պետք է վախենա հայի ուժից, այս արձանագրումը դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ արել էր «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, ով այս օրերին կալանավորված է շինծու մեղադրանքով։
Չալաբյանն արձանագրել է, որ այսօր ավելի քան երբևէ մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ գործող իշխանությունների խաղաղության քարոզն ու կրավորական կեցվածքը թշնամու նկատմամբ, բերել ու բերելու է շարունակական կորուստների, մինչև մենք կորցնենք մեր ողջ երկիրը և ստիպված լինենք հեռանալ այնտեղից, նորից թուրքի լծի տակ չապրելու համար, գրել էր Չալաբյանը։
Ըստ էության, «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրը արձանագրել է, որ պատերազմից հետո Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը, անսպասելի մեծ հաջողության հասնելով արցախյան պատերազմում, ամեն գնով փորձում են զարգացնել այն և առավելագույնը պոկել ընկճված և թուլացած Հայաստանից։ Իսկ Հայաստանի հիմնական ռազմավարական գործընկերը՝ Ռուսաստանը, միաժամանակ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի գործընկերն է և ամեն գնով խուսափել և խուսափելու է բացահայտ կողմ ստանձնել այս հակամարտության մեջ՝ ելնելով իր իսկ պետական և ներքին խմբային շահերից։ Ընդ որում, այս մասին Չալաբյանը նշել էր դեռևս այն ժամանակ, երբ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը չէր սկսվել, և Ռուսաստանի դիրքերը միջազգային ասպարեզում շատ ավելի հզոր էին։
Ըստ էության, իր ներքին խնդիրներից ելնելով, Ռուսաստանն այսօր ավելի կաշկանդված կարող է գործել այս տարածաշրջանում, իսկ սպառնալիքները Հայաստանի դեմ որևէ կերպ չեն նվազել։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը իր վերջին հոդվածներում հստակ արձանագրում է, որ մեր երկիրը միայնակ է մնացել մարտահրավերների առջև, և հենց մենք էլ մեր ուժերով պետք է կարողանանք ոտքի կանգնել, ուշքի գալ, 2020 թվականի պարտությունից հետո վերականգնել ռազմարդյունաբերությունը, տնտեսությունը։ Մինչդեռ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ոչ միայն որևէ քայլ չեն անում այդ ուղղությամբ, այլև ընդհակառակը, կալանավորում են բոլոր այն մարդկանց, ովքեր հստակ դեղատոմսեր են առաջադրում, իրավիճակի ռացիոնալ գնահատականներ են ներկայացնում և նաև ունեն հնարավորություններ ու կապեր որևէ կերպ օգնելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Ըստ էության, Հայաստանը հայտնվել է լուրջ խնդրի առջև և դրա առաջին քայլը պետք է լինի բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներին ազատ արձակելը՝ այդ թվում Ավետիք Չալաբյանին։
