Արցախի ԱԱԾ-ն՝ վերջին տարիներին հանրապետություն օտարերկրացիների այցելությունների մասին

Արցախի ԱԱԾ-ն մշտապես վեր է հանել կասկածահարույց դեպքերը, կատարել անհրաժեշտ ստուգողական և կանխարգելիչ գործողություններ: Այս մասին ասվում է Արցախի ԱԱԾ հայտարարության մեջ:
 
Նշվում է՝ վերջին օրերին հրապարակվել են տարբեր հայտարարություններ նախկին տարիներին օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների կողմից Արցախ, մասնավորապես քաղաք Շուշի կատարված անարգել այցելությունների և, ենթադրաբար, Արցախի Հանրապետությանն ի վնաս գործունեություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ:
 
Վերոգրյալի շուրջ տարբեր բնույթի մեկնաբանություններին ի պատասխան՝ Արցախի ԱԱԾ-ն հայտնում է հետևյալը՝
 
Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների մասին Արցախի Հանրապետության օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն օժտված է հակահետախուզական գործունեություն իրականացնելու իրավասությամբ, որն ուղղված է օտարերկրյա պետությունների հատուկ ծառայությունների և այլ կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև առանձին անձանց հետախուզական գործունեության բացահայտմանը, կանխմանը և խափանմանը:
 
«Հատկապես վերջին տարիներին զբոսաշրջության և այլ նպատակներով Արցախի Հանրապետություն են այցելել բազմաթիվ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներ (այդ թվում նաև ազգությամբ թուրքեր), արձանագրվել են նույնիսկ ամուսնությունների, Արցախում մշտական բնակություն հաստատելու դեպքեր:
 
Արցախի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հակահետախուզական գործունեության շրջանակում մշտապես վեր է հանել կասկածահարույց դեպքերը, կատարել անհրաժեշտ ստուգողական և կանխարգելիչ գործողություններ, այդ անձինք հրավիրվել են ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն, ստացվել են անհրաժեշտ պարզաբանումներ, իսկ անցանկալի անձանց մուտքն ընդհանրապես արգելվել էր:
 
Վերոգրյալի հիման վրա հորդորում և խնդրում ենք անհարկի չշահարկել ու կասկած չհարուցել Արցախի ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների կողմից տարիներ շարունակ իրականացված և ներկայումս անդադար իրականացվող ծանրաբեռնված աշխատանքի արդյունավետությանն ու կարևորությանը և դրա փոխարեն Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգությանն ուղղված ցանկացած կասկածահարույց դեպքի ականատես լինելու պարագայում ցուցաբերել բարձր գիտակցություն և անհապաղ հաղորդել Արցախի իրավապահ մարմիններին»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
