«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից կարճ ժամանակ անց լրատվամիջոցներում սկսեցին տեղեկություններ հրապարակվել գործող իշխանությունների հետ առնչություն ունեցող անձանց բիզնես «հաջողությունների» մասին: Դրանք գնալով ավելի մեծ թափ ստացան: Օրինակ՝ վերջերս գրվեց, որ օրեր առաջ Իջևանում բացվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քավորի եղբորը՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Վահե Ղալումյանին պատկանող «Ոսկե ձկնիկ» ռեստորանը։ Այս երկհարկ ռեստորանն, ի դեպ, սկսել են կառուցել 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո։ Մամուլը հրապարակեց, որ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Վահան Նարիբեկյանին պատկանող «Արգավանդ կահույք» ՍՊԸ-ն պետական տարբեր մարմինների հետ կնքել է ընդհանուր 13 պայմանագիր, որոնցից 4-ը «մեկ անձից գնում» ընթացակարգով, այսինքն՝ առանց մրցույթի։
Միայն այս տարի արդեն ավելի քան 22 մլն դրամի պայմանագիր է կնքվել։ Եվ դարձյալ, ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների, այս ընկերության հետ պետական մարմինները ակտիվ սկսել են պայմանագրեր կնքել հատկապես 2018 թվականի մայիսից հետո։ ԶԼՄ-ները նաև տեղեկացրեցին, որ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Բագրատ Բադալյանի ընկերությունը պետական մարմիններից առանց մրցույթի խոշոր պատվերներ է ստանում: Մամուլը վերջերս էլ գրեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եղբայրը՝ Արմեն Փաշինյանը, վերջին 1 տարում միանգամից 4 ընկերության տնօրեն է նշանակվել։ Եվ այլն, և այլն... Սրանք ընդամենը մի քանի «թարմ» օրինակներ են բազմաթիվ այլ արձանագրումներից։ Քիչ չեն հրապարակումները, թե ինչպիսի սրընթաց աճ են ապրել քպականների եկամուտները, ինչ ճոխ գնումներ են կատարել այս մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում, ինչի մասին նույնիսկ երազել չէին կարող...
Այս մարդիկ իշխանության են եկել ժողովրդին բարեկեցություն, արդարություն բերելու, «նախկինների» արատավոր բարքերը վերացնելու և նման այլ խոստումներով: Բայց ստացվում է՝ իրականում իշխանությունն իրենց է բերել փող, անձնական և բիզնես հաջողություններ ու... մեծ երջանկություն։ Հարց է՝ նրանք կունենայի՞ն այս ամենը, եթե չլինեին իշխանավոր, կամ իրենց հարազատը, ընկերը չլիներ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա...
