 Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո և հատկապես 2021-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի օրերին, իշխանությունը շրջանառության մեջ դրեց ակնհայտ կեղծ «խաղաղության դարաշրջան» ձևակերպումը։
 
Հատկապես հետպատերազմյան շրջանի երկրների ու, մասնավորապես, պարտություն կրած կողմի պարագայում խաղաղության գործոնը կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող հարց է, որով այս իշխանությունը հասարակությանը շանտաժի է ենթարկում, սպառնում, փորձում իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն դիմակայությունը ներկայացնել որպես խաղաղություն/պատերազմ դիլեմա։
 
Իրականում իշխանության առաջ քաշած «խաղաղության իրակարգը» իր տակ որևէ հիմնավոր փաստարկ չունի։ Պարզ ասած, խաղաղության մասին ցանկությունը անրագրված է, բայց դրան տանող բոլոր ճանապարհները «ականապատված» են։
 
Ավելին՝ իշխանությունն ինքն է նաև խոստովանում, որ սա իր միակողմանի ցանկությունն է, իսկ ում հետ այդ օրակարգով բանակցում է լրիվ այլ տրամադրվածություն ունի։
Իշխող ուժի և երկրի ղեկը ստանձնածն, օրինակ, երեկ այս հարցի վերաբերյալ հայտարարեց, որ փորձում են գնալ խաղաղության ճանապարհով՝ «կկարողանա՞նք, կստացվի՞, ոչ ոք չի կարող երաշխավորել, որովհետև խաղաղությունը միակողմանի շարժում չէ, այլ՝ համագործակցության արդյունք: Մենք իլյուզիաներ չունենք և տեսնում ենք, որ մեզ ոչնչացնելու ցանկություն ունեցողների թիվը մեծ է, ավելի մեծ, քան կարելի է ենթադրել: Եվ խաղաղության օրակարգը մեզ ոչնչացնելու, աշխարհում գոյություն ունեցող ցանկությունները կառավարելու և չեզոքացնելու փորձ է: Ոչ ոք երաշխիք չի կարող տալ, որ խաղաղության օրակարգը հաջողություն կունենա»։
 
Իշխանության ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունքը կարևոր արձանագրում է, որովհետև հասարակության՝ իշխանությանը չսիրելով աջակցելու կամ պասիվ կեցվածք ընդունելու առանցքային պատճառն այն է, որ մարդիկ մտածում էին, թե ինչ գնով էլ լինի այս իշխանությունը խաղաղություն կարող է բերել։
 
Սակայն իշխանությունը աստիճանաբար հետ է քաշվում իր երբեմնի վստահ հայտարարությունից և արդեն արդարացումներ է փնտրում խաղաղության օրակարգի տապալման հարցով, իհարկե պատասխանատվությունը բարդելով ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ թշնամաբար տրամադրված երկրների և «միջազգային հանրության» վրա։
 
 
Իշխանության առաջադրած «խաղաղության դարաշրջանը» իրականում Հայաստանն ու Արցախը խաղաղ հանձնելու օրակարգն է, ինչի դեմը պետք է առնել։
