«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

rossaprimavera.ru-ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում Եվրամիության ակտիվացումը հակասում է Ռուսաստանի շահերին: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի Միջազգային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի առաջատար գիտաշխատող, փորձագետ, քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը։

Ըստ քաղաքագետի, ԵՄ-ն այդ գործընթացում ունի իր շարժառիթն ու շահերը, այն է՝ ապացուցել, որ ի վիճակի է առանց Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի լուծել իր շահերի գոտում առկա հակամարտությունները։

«Բրյուսելի համար կարևոր է ցույց տալ, որ ինքը արդյունավետ է հետխորհրդային հակամարտությունների կարգավորման գործում: Բանն այն է, որ ուկրաինական ճակատում ԵՄ-ն միայնակ չի կարող հաղթահարել որևէ խնդիր, ինչպես նախկինում շատ առումներով եղել է նաև Բալկաններում: Թե՛ Բալկաններում, թե՛ Ուկրաինայում «հրդեհները մարելու» համար անհրաժեշտ էր միջամտություն, բայց ԵՄ-ն չկարողացավ դա անել:Ուստի փորձ է արվում ցույց տալ, որ ԵՄ-ն ևս կարող է ինչ-որ բան անել»,- ասել է Մարկեդոնովը։

Բացի այդ, ԵՄ-ն շահում է Ռուսաստանին Անդրկովկասում խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացից դուրս մղելուց։ «Եթե խոսենք ԵՄ-ի մասին՝ որպես ինչ-որ եվրոպական բյուրոկրատիայի, ապա այն, իհարկե, ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի է, և Շառլ Միշելը այդ ամենի առաջատարներից է։ Նա շատ ակտիվորեն է պաշտպանում պատժամիջոցները։ Կիևի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների ժամանակ Միշելը փայլել է որպես Մոսկվայի քննադատ»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքագետը։ Մարկեդոնովը հիշեցրել է, որ արևմտյան շատ քաղաքական գործիչներ գիտակցում են Ռուսաստանի առաջատար դերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավորման հարցում։ Այսպես, ֆրանսիական հայտնի ռազմական փորձագետ Էմանուել Դրեյֆուսը նշել է, որ, բացի աշխարհաքաղաքական ազդեցության ուժեղացումից, Ռուսաստանը շատ բան է արել փախստականներին վերադարձնելու և ականազերծումների համար։ Բայց պաշտոնական Բրյուսելն իրեն այնպես է պահում, կարծես Ռուսաստանն ընդհանրապես գործընթացի մեջ չէ, և չի ամաչում օգտագործել մինչ այդ ձեռք բերված արդյունքները, նկատել է քաղաքագետը։

«Ռուսաստանը շատ բան է արել, և հիմա պարզվում է, որ, կարծես, Ռուսաստան չկա։ Շառլ Միշելի հայտարարություններում Ռուսաստան չկա, եռակողմ հայտարարություններ չկան»,- ընդգծել է փորձագետը։

Քաղաքագետը նշել է, որ ԵՄ-ի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ԼՂՀ կարգավորման հարցում այնպիսի հակասություններ չկան, ինչպիսիք կան, օրինակ՝ Ուկրաինայի և Վրաստանի դեպքերում։ Եվ ԵՄ-ն Ռուսաստանի հետ առճակատման չի գնում, այլ ուղղակի անտեսում է վերջինիս դերը, Ռուսաստանի հասցեին հատուկ գովասանք կամ հատուկ չարախնդություն չկա, չկան կոշտ ելույթներ։ «Այնպիսի զգացողություն է, որ երկուսն էլ գործում են լուռ համաձայնությամբ», - ամփոփել է Մարկեդոնովը:
