Delfi.lv-ն գրում է, որ անցյալ շաբաթ Եվրահանձնաժողովը ներկայացրել է ԵՄ էներգետիկ վերագործարկման նոր ծրագիրը՝ «REPowerEU»-ը՝ ի պատասխան էներգետիկ շուկայում Ռուսաստանի Ուկրաինա ներխուժման հետևանքով առաջացած համաշխարհային խնդիրների: Ծրագիրը երկու նպատակ ունի, որոնք են մինչև 2027 թվականը աստիճանաբար վերացնել Ռուսաստանի հանածո պաշարներից կախումը և լուծել կլիմայական ճգնաժամը: Նախապատվությունը կտրվի էլեկտրաէներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրներին, ներառյալ արևային էներգիան: Այդ մասին գրել է Latvijas avīze-ը։

Ծրագրի ամենահետաքրքիր կետերից մեկն այն է, որ սկսած 2026 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ից` ԵՄ բոլոր նոր կառուցվող հասարակական և առևտրային շենքերը, որոնք ունեն ավելի քան 250 քառակուսի մետր տարածք, պետք է ունենան արևային մարտկոցներ։ 2027 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ից բոլոր հասարակական և առևտրային շենքերը, որոնք ունեն ավելի քան 250 քառակուսի մետր տարածք, պետք է հագեցած լինեն արևային մարտկոցներով: 2029 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ից յուրաքանչյուր նորակառույց բնակելի շենք պետք է հագեցած լինի արևային մարտկոցներով։

Ներկայումս ԵՄ-ում տեղադրված են 165 ԳՎտ հզորության արևային կայաններ, ինչը 34%-ով կամ 26 ԳՎտ-ով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ: Սա կանաչ էներգիայի բալանսում ավելին է, քան էներգիայի ցանկացած այլ ձև, ներառյալ քամու էներգիան: Մինչև այս տարվա վերջ նախատեսվում է ԵՄ-ի ողջ տարածքում տեղադրել ևս 39 ԳՎտ հզորության արևային կայաններ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ԵՄ-ի «արևային ռազմավարությունը» նախատեսում է մինչև 2025 թվականը ԵՄ-ում տեղադրված արևային մարտկոցների հզորությունը կրկնապատկել, իսկ մինչև 2030 թվականը դրանց հզորությունը պետք է հասցվի 600 ԳՎտ-ի։
