Արթուր Վանեցյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում ասվում է․«Այսօր օրենքով սահմանված կարգով դիմում եմ ներկայացրել պատգամավորական մանդատս վայր դնելու վերաբերյալ։ Ձեզանից շատերի համար իմ այս որոշումն անակնկալ չէ․ ես մի քանի անգամ հրապարակայնորեն հայտարարել եմ, որ ինձ այլևս չեմ տեսնում այս խորհրդարանում։ Պատճառն ակներև է՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացին մեզ քվե էր տվել այս իշխանությունների կործանարար գործունեությունը կասեցնելու և երկիրն աղետից դուրս բերելու համար։ Սակայն այս խորհրդարանը, իմ կարծիքով, դադարել է լինել նպատակին հասնելու արդյունավետ հարթակ։

«Հայրենիք» կուսակցության Խորհուրդը որոշում է կայացրել շարունակել գործունեությունը խորհրդարանից դուրս։ Կուսակցության որոշմամբ դե յուրե և դե ֆակտո դադարում է գոյություն ունենալ ՀՀԿ-ի հետ մեր ձևավորած «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքը, որի շրջանակներում մեր գործընկերների հետ համեմատաբար կարճ, բայց հագեցած ճանապարհ ենք անցել ու, վստահ եմ, դեռ անցնելու ենք՝ հանուն երկրի փրկության, իսկ ապագայում նաև՝ մեր պետականության առողջացման և ուժեղացման։ Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում «Պատիվ ունեմ» և «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունների մեր գործընկերներին ՝ միասին անցած ճանապարհի ու համատեղ աշխատանքի համար։


Ուզում եմ վստահեցնել, որ իմ՝ մանդատը վայր դնելու և «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության՝ խորհրդարանից դուրս պայքարը շարունակելու որոշումները բացառապես մեր ընտրությունն են և որևէ կերպ չեն կարող կաշկանդող կամ ուղղորդող գործոն հանդիսանալ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության մեր գործընկերների, այդ թվում՝ «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության առաջադրմամբ Ազգային ժողով անցած մեր անկուսակցական ընկերների համար․ այս հարցում յուրաքանչյուրն իր գիտակցված, հիմնավորված ընտրությունը պիտի անի։


Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
2021-ի արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու և արդյունքում պատգամավորական մանդատ վերցնելու շարժառիթները շատ հստակ էին։ Ես մշտապես հայտարարել եմ, որ մենք ամեն ջանք գործադրելու ենք՝ մեր երկրին համերաշխություն բերելու, անվտանգ Հայաստան և Արցախ ունենալու և մեր քաղաքացիների կյանքի որակն էապես բարձրացնելու համար։

Անշուշտ, այդ ամենին, ինչպես նաև իմ՝ պատգամավորական գործունեության այս տասնմեկ ամիսների գործունեությանը անդրադառնալու ժամանակ դեռ կունենանք։ Պատգամավորական մանդատն ինձ համար երբեք ինքնանպատակ չի եղել, այն ընդամենը գործիք էր մեր երկրին ու պետականությանը ծառայելու համար: Գործիք, որն այսօր այլևս ինձ համար կիրառելի չէ։


Մենք այսօր կանգնած ենք հայրենազրկման շեմին և սխալվելու իրավունք այլևս չունենք։ Պայքարն այլընտրանք չունի, և ինչպես բազմիցս նշել եմ՝ այսօր հանուն հայ ժողովրդի, Հայաստանի և Արցախի պայքարում կուսակցական դրոշներ, բաժանարար գծեր ու կարգավիճակներ չկան։ Սա մեր համազգային պայքարն է, և մենք՝ «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության անդամներս, շարունակելու ենք այն մեր ժողովրդի հետ միասին»։
