44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո լրջորեն խաթարվել է նաև Հայաստանի և Արցախի էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը։ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են սպառնալիքներով խոսել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ, այսպես կոչված «զանգեզուրյան միջանցքով» դեպի Եվրոպա էլեկտրաէներգիա արտահանելու ուղի են պահանջում, սպառնում ուժով բացել այդ հաղորդակցությունը, եթե Հայաստանը հրաժարվի ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններից։

Էներգետիկ փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանն է ահազանգել, որ նման սցենարի իրագործման դեպքում Հայաստանը հանդես է գալու ոչ միայն որպես ադրբեջանական էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարանցման երկիր, այլ որպես ներկրող և սպառող։

«Դե իսկ Հայաստանի կողմից դրա համար բոլոր նախադրյալներն արդեն ստեղծվել են։ Այս տարվա փետրվարից, ինչպես գիտենք, Հայաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ շուկան ազատականացված է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ լիցենզավորված ընկերությունները կարող են նաև էլեկտրաէներգիա ներկրել արտաքին շուկաներից, նշել է փորձագետը։ Էներգետիկ ոլորտում ստեղծված իրավիճակը վկայում է մեկ հանգամանքի մասին, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները նաև էներգետիկ ոլորտում են դավադրություն նյութում Հայաստանի դեմ, և սա առաջին հերթին ապացուցվում է այն հանգամանքով, որ իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ չեն նպաստում երկրում արևային էներգիայի արտադրությանը։

Գրեթե անվճար, միայն տեղադրման ծախսերով արևային էներգիան, թույլ կտա Հայաստանը ապահովել էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներով և հնարավորություններով և պայքարել երկրի ինքնիշխանության համար։ 

Արևային էներգիա արտադրելու գործը մնացել է միայն մի խումբ նվիրյալների, մի քանի ձեռնարկությունների վրա։ Արևային պանելների միակ արտադրող «Սոլարոն» ընկերությունը, օրինակ, պարբերաբար նորանոր նախաձեռնություններ է ներկայացնում, որոնք կարող են լրջորեն օգնել հայ սպառողին նվազեցնել նրա ծախսը։ Պետությունն ինքը պետք է շահագրգիռ լինի արևի էներգիան օգտագործելու, հակառակ պարագայում կարելի է հեռուն գնացող և բազմանշանակ եզրահանգումներ անել։
