«Կյանքն առանց սահմանափակումների». Սևանի հանրային լողափերը հարմարեցված են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար

Հուլիսի 1-ից Սևանում գործելու է 3 հանրային լողափ: Հանրային լողափերում իրականացվելու է ջրափրկարարական ծառայություն, գործելու են բուժկետեր և ապահովվելու է հասարակական կարգի պահպանությունը։  

Ամբողջությամբ վերակառուցվել է ավտոկայանատեղին, վերանորոգվել են լողափ տանող ճանապարհները, զբոսանքի համար ստեղծվել են քայլուղիներ, կառուցվել են շվաքարաններ, հանդերձարաններ և սանհանգույցներ։ Կառուցվել են բացօթյա տաղավարներ և մանղալներ։ Գործում են նաև խաղահրապարակներ մեծերի և փոքրերի հաճելի ժամանցը կազմակերպելու համար։ Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում տարածքի մաքրությանն ու անվտանգությանը։

Լողափերը հարմարեցված են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար՝ «Կյանքն առանց սահմանափակումների» կարգախոսով: Կառուցվել են թեքահարթակներ, որոնք թույլ են տալիս անվասայլակներով մտնել լիճ: 

«Հայ մայրեր» բարեգործական հասարակական կազմակերպության հիմնադիր-նախագահ Նարինե Մանուկյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում հույս հայտնեց, որ լողափերը կլինեն իսկապես հարմարեցված.

«Դա այնքանով փոփոխություն կբերի, որ մենք կհամարվենք գոնե այդ մասով մի քիչ քաղաքակիրթ երկիր, որովհետև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող թե՛ երեխաները, թե՛ մեծերը, բազմահազար զիվորները, ովքեր պատերազմից հետո դարձան հաշմանդամություն ունցող, այսօր նույնիսկ իրենց տներից դուրս գալ չեն կարող: Այսօր մեր երկրի համար իրենց առողջությունը զոհաբերած հազարավոր տղաներ ապրում են մեր կողքին, կարծում եմ, որ պետք է, որ գոնե նրանց համար մենք մի քիչ ավելի ջանք գործադրենք:

Շատ լավ կլինի, եթե այդ լողափերն իսկապես հարմարեցված լինեն. հարմարեցումն իրենից հատուկ սարք է ներկայացնում, որ, օրինակ, հաշմանդամություն ունեցողն իր սայլակով եկավ-հասավ մինչև ափամերձ ամենավերջին գոտին, դրանից հետո կարողանա նստել սայլակի մեջ, որը ջրի մեջ տեղաշարժվում է հատուկ սարքով: Ես հույս ունեմ, որ մատչելիությունը միայն խոսքերի մակարդակով չի արվի և շատ ուրախ ու հպարտ կլինեմ, եթե այդ լողափերը Հայաստանում լիարժեք հարմարեցված առաջին վայրը լինեն»:

Հավելենք, որ հանրային լողափեր քաղաքացիների մուտքն ազատ է:  Առկա են հետևյալ անվճար ծառայությունները՝  ավտոկայանատեղի, շվաքարաններ, հանդերձարաններ, սանհանգույցներ, ցնցուղարաններ, խաղահրապարակներ: 

Հանրային լողափերում սպասարկում իրականացնելու իրավունքը` համաձայն «Սևան» ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի հետ, 2021թ. կնքված պայմանագրի, պատկանում «Պրոյեկտ ինտեր-ինվեստ» ընկերությունների խմբին, որի սեփականատեր Նարեկ Նալբանդյանի ներդրումների շնորհիվ կառուցվել են հանրային լողափերը:
