Այսօր՝ հունիսի 26-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանբության թանգարանի մոտ դի կա:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Անդրանիկ Մելոյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Ալիկ Գրիգոյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի 4-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Գասպարյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Տեղում նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Վարդան Միրզոյանն ու Հայկ Սարգասյանը սահմանազատել են տարածքը՝ մինչև ժամանի դատաբժիշկն ու դիատարը:
Մինչ տեղում աշխատում էր ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքի ավագ հետաքննիչ Թելման Մինասյանը, ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Հայկ Մ.-ն էր, ով նշված տարածքի բարձրությունից ինքնասպանություն է գործել, ցած նետվելով:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ առավոտյան նրա մայրը դիմել է ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին և հայտնել, որ որդին հեռախոսով իր ազգականին հաղորդագրություն է ուղարկել, ապա ավտոմեքենայով եկել է նշված վայր, մեքենան կայանել, իսկ հետո իրեն ցած է նետել բարձրությունից:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ հնարավոր է, հետաքննիչի կողմից նախապատրաստված նյութերը փոխանցվեն Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին:
Հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
