Արտակ Զաքարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
Հայաստան համահայկական հիմնադրամի հոգեբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը շրջանցել է երկու կարևոր թեմա:
1. Ինչպ՞ս է բաշխվել 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և պատերազմի համար, Հայաստան համահայկական հիմնադրամի հանգանակած շուրջ 100 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարը, և ո՞րն է եղել դրա արդյունավետությունը:
2. Որքա՞ն միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի համահայկական ներդրում է Նիկոլը Հայրենիքի հետ հանձնել (գուցեև վաճառել) թշնամուն:
1-ին հարցի վերաբերյալ նշեմ, որ ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատը շարունակում է ուսումնասիրությունը և իբրև թե դեռևս չունի հաշվետվություն: Հետևաբար ի՞նչ են զեկուցել հոգեբարձուների խորհրդին, երբ հիմնադրամի երբևէ իրականացրած ամենախոշոր հանգանակության ծախսերի արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ, մեկ տարուց ավելի է կան լուրջ կասկածներ, որոնք փարատված չեն:
2-րդ հարցում էլ երևի էլի «նախկիններն են մեղավոր», որ Հադրութը, Շուշին, Քարվաճառն ու Քաշաթաղը և մյուս շրջանների երկու տասնյակ բնակավայրերը ժամանակին չեն հանձնել թշնամուն ու փոխարենը կառուցում ու կառուցապատում էին:
