Օրերս դատավոր Արմեն Շիրոյանը հասարակական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի խափանման միջոցը փոփոխելու համար ներկայացված միջնորդությունների քննության նիստը հետաձգեց՝ նշանակելով հուլիսի 21-ին:
Չալաբյանի երկամսյա կալանքի ժամկետը լրանում է հուլիսի 12-ին, վերջինիս փաստաբանական խումբը պնդում է՝ հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող նոր քրեական օրենսգրքով այն հոդվածը, որով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Չալաբյանին, այլևս չի գործելու, բայց իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են՝ վերջինիս հնարավորինս երկար ժամանակով անազատության մեջ պահելու համար:
Որո՞նք են դրդապատճառները, ինչի՞ց են վախենում իշխանությունները, 1or.am-ը փորձեց պարզել քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանի հետ զրույցում: Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ դրանք շատ բարդ հարցեր են, և ուղղակի կարելի է ենթադրություններ անել.
«Առաջին ենթադրությունը թերևս այն է, որ նախկին-ներկա ընդդիմություն-իշխանություն ձևաչափը նոր դեպքերի ի հայտ գալու ժամանակ քանդվում է, և դա, բնականաբար, ձեռնտու չէ իշխանություններին և ընդդիմությանը։ Եվ նոր ասպարեզ մտած մարդիկ հայտնվում են հարվածի տակ, որովհետև քաղաքական դաշտում Կոնկորդի միջավայրը սկսում է փլուզվել։ Կարծում եմ՝ առաջին հերթին հենց սա է պատճառը, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նման անձինք հայտնվում են հարվածի տակ։
Երկրորդ պատճառն այն է, որ Չալաբյանի նման մարդիկ ինքնաբավ են շատ տարբեր առումներով, և այդ ինքնաբավությունը՝ թե՛ ռեսուրսների, թե՛ ինտելեկտուալ առումով, նույնպես իշխանության համար բավականին լուրջ խնդիրներ կարող է առաջացնել, և նրանք փորձում են հենց հիմքում այս խնդիրները լուծել՝ թույլ չտալով, որպեսզի ինչ-որ նոր նման որակի ուժ առաջանա»։
