Արտահանողի խնդիրը հրատապ լուծումների կարիք ունի :
Լարսում առաջացած ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակը հերթական լրջագույն հարվածն է հայ արտահանողի համար:
Արդեն ամիսներ տևող անորոշությունների արդյունքում արտարժույթի տատանումներից եկող վնասների, Լարսի անցակետում կուտակումների խնդիրներին այսօր գումարվել է եղանակով պայմանավորված նոր ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակը: Վերականգնման աշխատանքները մեկ-երկու շաբաթ կարող են տևել, մինչդեռ արտահանման համար նախատեսված մթերքի, հատկապես, մրգի իրացումն օրերի լուծման հրատապություն ունի:
Ես հասկանում և կիսում եմ մեր բոլոր այն քաղաքացիների մտահոգություններն ու հումանիզմը, ովքեր ծիրան գնելու ֆլեշմոբով փորձում են աջակցություն ցուցաբերել գյուղացուն: Սա առանձին գովասանքի և աջակցության հարց է, բայց, ցավոք, այդպիսի գործողություններն արտահանող տնտեսվարողներին դժվար կարողանան լիարժեք օգնել: Նման իրավիճակներում պետության աջակցությունն է հարկավոր:
Չգիտեմ՝ որքանով կարելի է հույս ունենալ այս իշխանությունների կարողությունների նկատմամբ, բայց այս օրերի համար արտահանման նախատեսված գյուղմթերքի հրատապ իրացման խնդիր պետք է լուծել: Ըստ այդմ,

2. Հավաքագրել և գնահատել հենց այս պահին փաստացի արձանագրված խնդիրները, այդ թվում՝ այս օրերի համար արտահանման համար նախատեսվող գյուղմթերքի վերաբերյալ տվյալների ճշգրտում իրականացնել
3. Կառավարության կողմից իջեցնել հրատապ գործողությունների ծրագիր՝ օպերատիվ, միջինաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ իրականացման քայլերով
4. Մշակել և շրջանառության մեջ դնել եղած մթերքի իրացումը խրախուսող, թեկուզ, ժամանականավոր ծրագիր
5. Մեկնարկել բարեկամ Իրանի հետ հրատապ բանակցություններ, այս պահին՝ խնդրի հրատապ լուծման ուղիներ գտնելու, իսկ ավելի երկար ժամանակահատվածի համար՝ արտահանման ուղիների դիվերսիֆիկացիայի խնդիր լուծելու նպատակով:
Գործողությունների և առաջարկությունների դաշտը բաց է: Ուրախ կլինեմ լսելու նոր առաջարկներ:
Միանգամայն ակնհայտ է, որ որևէ տարբերակով խնդիրը չլուծելու պարագայում արտահանողը, ապա շղթայաբար նաև ջերմոցային տնտեսություններն ու գյուղատնտեսությունն առհասարակ հերթական ուժգին հարվածը կստանան, որի հետևանքները շատ ծանր գին կունենա մեր ժողովրդի և երկրի համար:
