Հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի մեկնարկից ի վեր Հայաստանը շատ կառուցողական է եղել, լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։

«Հայաստանն ունի քաղաքական կամք և ցուցադրել է այդ քաղաքական կամքը՝ արագ կարգավորման հասնելու։ Գործընթացի հաջողությունը կախված է Թուրքիայի համապատասխան կառուցողականությունից և քաղաքական կամքից։ Ինչպես տեսնում եք՝ մինչև այս պահն առանձնապես մեծ առաջընթաց չկա, դա տեսանելի է»,- ասաց Ռուբինյանը։

Նա նշեց, թե սահմանային վերասահմանազատման հարց չի քննարկվում։

«Մի փոքր տարօրինակ են Թուրքիայի տարբեր պաշտոնյաների հայտարարություններն առ այն, որ իրենք գործընթացը կոորդինացնում են կամ համաձայնեցնում են Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Նման գործընթացներում ամենակարևոր գործընթացը քաղաքական կամքն է, եթե այն կա, մնացածը շատ հեշտ լուծվող հարցեր են» - ասաց Ռուբինյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին հայտարարություններին՝ նա ընդգծեց, թե դրանք ոչ մի կերպ չեն նպաստում Հայաստան-Թուրքիա կարգավորման գործընթացին։

«Թերևս նույնիսկ հակառակը՝ խանգարում են։ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» հասկացողություն գոյություն չունի։ ՀՀ-ն չի քննարկում որևէ միջանցքային տրամաբանության հարց, բացի դա ՀՀ-ում Զանգեզուր անվանմանբ որևէ միավոր գոյություն չունի։ Որևէ խոսք չի կարող լինել «Լաչինի միջանցքի» և Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանի հետ կապող ճանապարհի կարգավիճակի նույնության հետ կապված»։

Ռուբինյանը նշեց, որ գործընթացը դեռ շոշափելի արդյունք չի տվել։

«Հանդիպումները շատ նորմալ են անցնում։ ՀՀ-ն ուզում է հասնել շուտափույթ կարգավորման և պատրաստ է գործադրել գործուն քայլեր»,- ասաց Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։
