Աղվան Հովսեփյանը կմնա կալանքի տակ

ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ, ՔԿ նախկին նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը կշարունակի մնալ կալանավորված։ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ, մերժեց Աղվան Հովսեփյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումը գրավով փոխարինելու մասին միջնորդությունը։
Նշենք, որ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը 30.05.2022 թ-ից առ այսօր գտնվում է «Միքայելյան վիրաբուժական ինստիտուտ» ՓԲԸ ԼՕՌ կլինիկայում։ Բուժման շրջանում Աղվան Հովսեփյանի մոտ դիտվել է գլյուկոզայի ցուցանիշների բարձրացում, որի կապակցությամբ նշանակվել է էնդոկրինոլոգի կրկնակի խորհրդատվություն։
Պաշտպանական կողմը հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որում ասվում էր․«Ի թիվս այլ հիվանդությունների՝ ախտորոշվել է շաքարային դիաբետ 2-րդ տիպ /ինսուլինակախյալ ֆազալ դեկոմպենսացված վիճակ/, դիաբետիկ միկրո-մակրոանգիոպաթիաներ, դիաբեիկ պոլինեյրոպաթիա։ Հատկանշական է, որ պարոն Հովսեփյանի մոտ առկա հիվանդությունն ընդգրկված է կալանքը եւ պատիժը կրելուն խոչընդոտող ծանր հիվանդությունների ցանկում»:
Նշվածը հիմք ընդունելով պաշտպանության կողմը միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել դատարան, որով խնդրել է հրավիրել արտահերթ դատական նիստ և կրկին քննարկել Աղվան Հովսեփյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխման հարցը, քանզի ստեղծված իրավիճակի պայմաններում վերջինիս Հովսեփյանի կալանքի տակ գտնվելը ոչ միայն ապօրինի է, այլևիր մեջ պարունակում է խոշտանգման տարր։
