Մենք նախորդ անգամ պահանջել էինք, որ մեր գործը Քննչական կոմիտեից տեղափոխեն ԱԱԾ, հույս ունենք, որ կբավարևարվի մեր պահանջը. Դրա համար ենք այսօր եկել: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 6-ին, դատախազության մոտ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ նշեց 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայող Էդգար Զաքարյանի հայրը՝ Սեւակ Զաքարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, գործխը մեկ ամսից ավելի է, որ ՔԿ-ում է ու ոչ մի շարժ չկա. «Մենք Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեցինք, որ կանչեն, հարցաքննեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, բայց ոչ մի շարժ չկա: Ուղղակի ինքը մեր գլխի տակ փափուկ բարձր դրեց, ասեց՝ ծանոթանամ նյութերի հետ եւ այլն, բայց ամսից ավելի ի՞նչ կար ծանոթանալու, որ ոչ մի պատասխան չկա: Քյարամյանը բեսեդկի ջահելի տպավորություն թողեց, դրա համար չենք վստահում իրեն: Թող գործը տեղափոխվի ԱԱԾ, թող բացահայտի դավաճաններին: Մեր երեխեքին տարան, դավաճանեցին, ու բացահայտ է, թե ով է թուրք տականքը՝ իր հայտնի հայտարարությամբ: Ու այսօր ոչ մի պատասխան չունենք: Եթե ես գիտեմ, որ իմ երեխուն դավաճանել են, թիկունքից խփել են, այս դեպքում լռելն անիմաստ է»,-ասաց նա:
Դիտարկմանը, որ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը երեկ գեներալի կոչում է ստացել, Սեւակ Զաքարյանն ասաց. «Դե եթե կամակտար է, ոնց ասում է, այնպես շարժվում է, բնական է, որ գեներալ էլ կտա, մարշալ էլ: Այդ տականքի թելադրանքով է շարժվում, դրա համար չենք վստահում այդ կառույցին»:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել է, որ Դատախազության շենքի առջև այսօր՝ հուլիսի 6-ին, բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատները: Նրանց պահանջն է, որ Դատախազությունը Քննչական կոմիտեում 308 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի հատկանիշներով (պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահում, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ) հարուցված գործը փոխանցվի ԱԱԾ-ին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատները հունիսի 30-ին հանդիպել էին գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի հետ, ներկայացրել իրենց պահանջը:
Նրանք պահանջում են նաեւ, որ գործը քննվի առերեւույթ պետական դավաճանության 299 հոդվածով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կանչվի հարցաքննության եւ գործում ընդգրկվի որպես մեղադրյալ:
