Արևային էներգիայի ապագան և Հայաստանի մարտահրավերը

Արդեն այս դարի կեսերին արևային էներգիան կդառնա էներգիայի ամենաժողովրդականություն վայելող աղբյուրը, իսկ դրա ինքնարժեքը լրջորեն կկրճատվի 2050 թվականին։

Ասիական էներգետիկ ֆորումում «Տրինասոլար» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Գաո Ցզիֆանը, հայտնել է, թե ներկայիս 800 գիգավատտի փոխարեն արդեն 2050 թվականին հնարավոր կլինի արտադրել մինչև 14000 գիգավատտ էներգիա։ Չինական այս ընկերությունը աշխարհում արևային մարտկոցների և վահանակների արտահանման գծով երրորդն է իր ծավալներով։

Գաոն նշել է, թե արդեն դարի կեսերին արևային էներգիայի ծախսերը երեք անգամ կնվազեն ընթացիկ ծախսերի դիմաց, իսկ դա ավելի արդյունավետ վահանակների կիրառման շնորհիվ կնպաստի էներգիայի տվյալ տեսակի պահանջարկի ավելացմանը։

Արդեն այսօր աշխարհում համաշխարհային էլեկտրականության գրեթե 30 տոկոսն արտադրվում է վերականգնվող աղբյուրներով, իսկ արևային էներգիայի արտադրությունը առաջատար դիրք է գրավում վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրության առումով։ Միևնույն ժամանակ աշխարհի 100 խոշոր քաղաքներ իրենց էներգիայի 70 և ավելի տոկոսը ստանում են բացառապես արևային պանելների շնորհիվ։

Երևանը, բնականաբար, չկա այդ քաղաքների շարքում, նույնիսկ վարկանիշային աղյուսակում է բացակայում, մինչդեռ Հայաստանն ունի բոլոր նախադրյալները քիչ ծախսերով դառնալու արևային էներգիա արտադրող, անգամ արտահանող առաջատար երկրներից մեկը։

Հայաստանում այս պահին գործում է ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն, որը արևային պանելներ է արտադրում՝ «Սոլարոն» ընկերությունը։ Մինչդեռ հարկավոր է պետական լուրջ քաղաքականություն, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի ատոմակայանից և հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններից, ինչպես նաև ջերմաէլեկտրակայաններից անցում կատարել դեպի արևային էներգիայի արտադրություն։

Խնդիրը բացառապես քաղաքական կամքի տիրույթում է, որևէ այլ խոչընդոտ այս հարցում չկա։ Թերևս կարելի է լուրջ կասկածներ ունենալ, թե որն է պատճառը, որ մինչ օրս Հայաստանը ձեռնամուխ չի եղել արևային էներգիայի կայանների ավելացմանը։ Այդուհանդերձ հույս ունենանք, որ առաջիկայում իրավիճակը կշտկվի, «Սոլարոնին» կհաջորդեն այլ ընկերություններ ևս, որոնք կնպաստեն մեր երկրում արևային էներգիայի զարգացմանը։

Հայաստանում արևային պանելներ արտադրող առաջին և միակ ընկերությունը Սոլարոնն է։
