Թագուհի Թովմասյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել.
Այսօր մասնակցել և ելույթով եմ հանդես եկել Եվրասիայի միջազգային համալսարանում տեղի ունեցած ERASMUS+ԺԱՆ ՄՈՆԵ «ԵՄ, Անվտանգություն և հիմնարար իրավունքներ» մոդուլի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը։
Ողջունել եմ ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում հայ ուսանողները արտասահմանյան բուհերում կսովորեն մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հմտությունները՝ իբրև փորձագետներ:
Առիթը բաց չթողնելով՝ ԵՄ դեսպանի և ներկաների ուշադրությունն եմ հրավիրել անվտանգային մի շարք հարցերի, ինչպես նաև մարդու իրավունքների աղաղակող խախտումների վրա, որոնք թույլ են տրվում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության ամենատարբեր օղակների կողմից:
Արձանագրել եմ, որ 2020թ․-ին, միջազգային տարբեր կոնվենցիաներ ոտնահարելով, Ադրբեջանը հարձակվեց Արցախի Հանրապետության վրա և հրադադարից հետո էլ շարունակում է հանցանքներ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների և Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ: Հայերն իրենց հայրենիքում խաղաղ կյանքի իրավունքը հաճախ չեն կարողանում իրացնել:
Թեև Եվրոպան խոսում է խաղաղությունից, բայց Խաչիկ գյուղում կրակում և վնասում են քաղաքացիական մեքենա:
Բացի այդ, քաղաքակիրթ մարդկության աչքի առաջ Ադրբեջանը հայ ռազմագերիներին ու քաղաքացիական անձանց պահում է և դարձրել է քաղաքական առևտրի առարկա:
Մեկ տարուց ավել Ադրբեջանը մտել է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք և դուրս չի գալիս, իսկ ԵՄ ջանքերը չեն երևում կամ անպտուղ են այդ ուղղությամբ:
Մի խոսքով, մենք մեր իրավունքները աշխարհին հասկանալի լեզվով ներկայացնելու և պաշտպանելու խնդիր ունենք:
ԵՄ-ն իսկապես շատ կարևոր աշխատանք է իրականացնում Հայաստանում օրենքի գերակայության, մարդու իրավունքների և ժողովրդավարության ուղղությամբ, մինչդեռ Հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանում մեր խաղաղությունը հարցականի տակ է դնում մեր հարևան Ադրբեջանը՝ ըստ էության կոպիտ և խայտառակ կերպով ոտնահարելով միջազգային բոլոր պահանջները, նորմերն ու կոնվենցիաները, որոնց միացել է:
