Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն հապշտապ ավարտել է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը և գործն ուղարկել է դատավարական ղեկավարումն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացություն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ։
Ո՞րն է նախաքննությունն այսքան շուտ ավարտելու և դատարան ուղարկելու պատճառը: ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի խոսքով՝ բոլոր կամք և միտք ունեցող մարդկանց, ովքեր դուրս են եկել հայրենիքը փրկելու «նիկոլականություն» աղանդից, Փաշինյանը փորձում է այս կամ այն կերպ չեզոքացնել.
«Ես մշտապես ասել եմ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հիմնական թշնամին միտքն ու կամքն են: Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հենց այդ միտք և կամք ունեցող մարդկանցից է, ուստի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հիմնական թիրախներից մեկը: Պետք լինի, երեք վայրկյանում էլ կկազմակերպեն դատավարություն, պետք լինի Քրեական օրենսգիրքը փոխել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտելու համար, անելու են, եթե այդպես որոշի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Երբ երկու օր առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորում էր Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ, ես ասացի, որ դա կարելի է համարել ապրիլմեկյան կատակ, որովհետև մի մարդ, ով կոչ էր անում շրջափակել Սահմանադրական դատարանը, հաշվեհարդար տեսնել և թույլ չտալ, որ ՍԴ-ի դատավորները մտնեն շենք, ով ասում էր՝ որ ուզենամ, կարո՞ղ է լինել այս երկրում դատավոր, ով իմ ասածներին չենթարկվի, ով իր բոլոր միտք, կամք, ինտելեկտ ունեցող ընդդիմախոսներին փորձում է ոչնչացնել, բնականաբար, կարող է ցանկացած օրենք էլ փոխել: Իսկ «ուսապարկերի» խորհրդարանը ցանկացած անօրինականություն կանի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքը կատարելու համար:
Ավետիք Չալաբյանը քաղաքական բանտարկյալ է, և ինձ շարունակում է զարմացնել «լանչերի ժամանակ մառոլ որոճացող» միջազգային հանրության լռությունը, որ տեսնելով Հայաստանի անկումը՝ դեպի տոտալ բռնապետություն, շարունակում են ոչ միայն ոչինչ չանել, այլև ծափահարել իրենց դրածո Փաշինյանին»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Զոհրաբյանը:
