Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործը փլուզվելու է դատարանում

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի պաշտպանական խումբը հայտարարություն է տարածել և նշել, որ նախաքննությունն ավարտած քրեական գործում ոչ միայն չկան Չալաբյանի մեղքը հիմնավորող ապացույցներ, այլև ճիշտ հակառակը՝ առկա են նրա անմեղությունը հավաստող բազմաթիվ փաստական տվյալներ։
Փաստաբանական խումբը խոստանում է այդ տվյալները հրապարակային դատաքննության արդյունքում հանրայնացնել, և դրանք կդառնան անպատասխան մնացած բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները։
Հիշեցնենք, նախաքննական մարմինը նախօրեին հապշտապ ավարտել էր քրեական գործի քննությունը և այն ուղարկել վերհսկողությունն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ քննելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար։
Հուլիսի 12-ին ավարտվելու էր Չալաբյանի երկամսյա կալանքի ժամկետը, և իշխանությունը դատարանում թույլ չտալու համար հնարավոր ազատ արձակումը, անհապաղ ուղարկել է դատարան։ Ըստ էության, հարուցման առաջին իսկ օրվանից ակնհայտ էր, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործը փլվելու էր դատարանում և անկասկած այդպես էլ լինելու է, փաստաբանները՝ նույնիսկ ոչ մասնագետ փաստաբանները, գործի հպանցիկ ծանոթացումից հետո ասել են, որ այնտեղ չկան «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադրի մեղավորությունն ապացուցող որևէ փաստ։
Հիշեցնենք, գործը հարուցվել էր ընդամենը մեկ անձի՝ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի ցուցմունքի հիման վրա։ Ալիյանը փորձել էր ինքը ներքաշել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին կեղտոտ խոսակցության մեջ և առաջարկել 1000 ուսանող բերել ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին՝ 2 միլիոն դրամ գումարի դիմաց։ Չալաբյանն, իհարկե, չէր տրվել սադրանքի, ընդամենը հարցուփորձով փորձել էր հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչ է իրենից ուզում Ալիյանը և, տեսնելով նրա մտքերի կեղտոտ ընթացքը, անմիջապես դադարեցրել էր խոսակցությունը և հեռացել։
Դրանից հետո իշխանությունները քրեական գործը հարուցել էին Չալաբյանի դեմ՝ նրան մեղադրելով իբր ուսանողներին գումարով շահագրգռելու և հանրահավաքներին բերելու փորձի մեջ։
Ըստ էության, այս գործը սպառնում է դառնալ Հայաստանի նորանկախ պատմության ամենածիծաղելի և իշխանություններին պախարակող քրեական գործը։ Վարչախմբին, սակայն, այդ հանգամանքը չի հետաքրքրում, նրանք պատրաստ են դառնալ հանրության ծիծաղի առարկան, միայն թե իրենց ընդդիմախոսներին ամեն գնով պահեն անազատության մեջ։
